New Sales Update
We are all in this together & no one is currently having an easy go at it. We have made the decision, for now, to stay open with adjusted protocols & processes. Our team has been given the option to stay home if they choose to do so & we have heightened every level of sanitization within our business. The last thing anyone wants to do is worsen this scenario & we will reassess routinely. We’d like to encourage our customers to purchase in a manner that will provide a positive experience while simultaneously protecting you & our team.
First, we’ve asked every team member to cease any physical contact with guests. The most obvious example of this is the handshake. Please help us by participating with this as we are accustomed to greeting everyone with a warm handshake & a smile.
Second, we want to help you complete as much of the buying process virtually as is possible. This will allow us to minimize interpersonal contact, traffic through our business, & ultimately exposure while still providing you with the opportunity to purchase a vehicle & our team the opportunity to work. Virtual Vehicle Tours: We can shoot videos that we will tailor to any specific requests you may have. We can also facetime or skype if you would prefer a live, interactive experience.

We are from New York driving an RV towing a Jeep Cherokee. Our travels took us to Richmond, VA. The day after arrival our Jeep developed problems that couldn’t be totally fixed with a battery jump. A gentlemen at our campground recommended the Whitten Brothers Jeep/Chrysler Dealership. Excellent advice as it turned out! We called immediately and the live voice of Ash answered the phone. She recommended coming right in and someone would look at it. We couldn’t be happier with the service and attention we received from Tracy and Brent in the Maintenance Department. As busy as they were they were able to work us in with the possibility of having to leave it for a couple of days. That’s when Margaret stepped in from the Sales Department to help us in case we needed a rental car. As it turned out Brent discovered the problem and it was fixed and we were able to be on our way! We sincerely appreciate the efficiency, friendliness and support we received from all the personnel we encountered at Whitten Brothers. How fortunate your area is to have such an amazing business in the Richmond area. Many many thanks to Whitten Brothers…..YOU ROCK!!! More

Had a recall last month they took care of one without ordering part. Returned for wiper relay to be put on. I have sat here since 1:00 it is now 4:45. This dealership is the perfect example of a bait and switch and waste of my time! I was given a written offer for my car, obviously pending a visual inspection, when I got to the dealership the Manager switch and waste of my time! I was given a written offer for my car, obviously pending a visual inspection, when I got to the dealership the Manager was RUDE, Laughed at me about the quote and said we'll see how much you get for that car. They REFUSED, FLAT OUT REFUSED to honor their written price! They offered me more than $7000 less and the car was 100% as advertised and in mint condition less than 2 years old with only 7000 miles. When I tried to negotiate, he told me if you have other offers, then go there! So much for SERVICE. Buyer beware if you have an offer from cars.com as this dealership, said they don't know anything and the are wrong on the price - then how about tell me that when I asked via phone if it was a valid price. Willie Stewart was fantastic to my wife and I. We purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 8/1/2022. He and Hope Gillespie took very good care of us. No pressure sales. Polite and professional. Unlike many dealers I visited during my vehicle search the folks at Whitten Brothers of Midlothian actually seemed interested in my business. They were not aggressive but were definitely on the ball. Abdu the folks at Whitten Brothers of Midlothian actually seemed interested in my business. They were not aggressive but were definitely on the ball. Abdul was a great salesman, he listened to what we were looking for and he had a lot of knowledge about processes. When I told them that I could get more for my trade-in at Carvana than they offered nobody tried to talk me out of it, they in fact encouraged me to take the better deal because it was in my best interests. I really appreciated that and it helped seal the deal as to my purchasing a used vehicle from them. I highly recommend this dealership. Hope in the financing department was also very good to work with. More
