This dealership is unprofessional and dishonest. I have purchased a car over a month ago and still cannot get the plates for the vehicle. Mike is always with a customer or on a day off, or my favorite he will call you back. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DEALERSHIP as and option when purchasing a car. More

All the bad reviews are accurate. Shady bait and switch. They don't even have the cars listed on the online ads but will tell you on the phone that they do and the cars have clean tit Shady bait and switch. They show you the list price then add on roughly 9-10k in "fees" outside of the normal tax, title tag etc... pushy to try and sell the cars you don't want. They will run multiple credit inquiries without your knowledge all before you even look at a car you might consider buying. I would stay away from them. Unless you want to be rushed and pressured into buying a vehicle that you don't really want. It's insane how this place is getting away with the way they do business. More

Horrible customer service and response. They reached out after 3 days then failed to respond again with a simple quote for vehicle tax title registration and shipping fee. I get it that the car wasn’t a high sale but I should have been treated the same as if I was purchasing a higher priced vehicle. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone I know just based off their customer service. Epic fail. More

Sold car with a dead battery. 3. Will ignore you while selling a car to you, especially if you are a woman or not insistent. 4. The salespeople know nothing about the process, they are just yes men who will agree to whatever. They do not keep track of your car’s history or your documents. 5. Their listings online are 5-10k cheaper than what they actually are. Don’t fall for it, don’t step in the store. 6. They will twist your arm and make you miserable to try to get you to leave with the car. 7. If you have questions or need help after the sale, forget it. They are impossible to reach over the phone, and will tell you they’ll “get in touch” and leave you waiting for days until you follow up. You have to go in person and badger them every time. Kind words do not work. 8. They will lie lie lie about the paperwork and how things go. They made me sign a paper claiming no responsibility for frame damage, why? They won’t be open with you about their senseless fees or how long it takes for them to register the car for you. They are actively trying to screw you over and if you’re not on top of it you will end up in a bad situation. 9. Atmosphere is TERRIBLE. They will make you move for the rich shoppers, blare loud music, and make you sit under harsh LEDs. 10. Financing options are awful. Just awful. The dealers don’t know the terms and will convince you it’s a good deal. They even admit they only up charge so they get cuts from the bank. 11. The “detailing” they charge you almost 1k for is a complete joke. Nearly flat tires, stains on the seats, caps from cleaning substances all over. Be careful and don’t spend your money here. any deal or bargain leaves the second you talk to one of them. They charge you about $5,000 fees for “handling it” and you will find yourself doing all the work unable to contact them or get a straight answer. UPDATE: Danny called me repeatedly while I was at work (I had informed him of my schedule in the past) regarding this review. The call was not to apologize or address my review, it was him with his voice raised accusing me of being ungrateful and threatening me and my work. The review stays and that call is further proof of unprofessional, chauvinistic behavior. More

I called this dealership several times and spoke with several people. Wish I had read the horrible reviews before going. Extremely dissatisfied with this place. What we verbally agreed on was not what was on the paperwork. READ CAREFULLY!!! They will try to small talk to you and shove a million papers in your face, then when you question them they will lie straight to your face. Took the car home, Realized it has no inspection sticker reverse light doesn't work which would not pass inspection. Looked at the loan paperwork again what we verbally agreed on a 4 year loan on paper was a 6 year 2 month loan so basically a used $25,905 car at the end of loan will cost me $49,000. I called them about the issues with the car, and they don't know how to return calls, they finally did and said they would fix it and currently still haven't so car is sitting in drive way undrivable because there is no xxxx inspection. Consulted a Lawyer and that's where we are at the moment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else they are crooks. More
