Treated badly We bought a brand new Suburban LTZ in 2016. Three years and 67,000 miles later the transmission is toast and I am stranded all day with my 3 children We bought a brand new Suburban LTZ in 2016. Three years and 67,000 miles later the transmission is toast and I am stranded all day with my 3 children waiting for a tow truck. They never offered me a loaner vehicle even though they had my Suburban for 2 weeks. The warranty ran out at 60,000 miles and although we had the extended warranty, we had to pay $1000 out of pocket for a GM transmission. I had the car serviced regularly. I took excellent care of the vehicle. Now I don't drive it because I can't trust that my children are safe in the Suburban. I just learned there is a new recall on this model due to a problem with the brakes. I had to learn this from the news as I have yet to be notified by the dealer. I will never again buy a car from Wheeler nor will I purchase a GM. More

Great Experience I had been looking for a new pickup for weeks when I came across a Black Friday deal at the dealership.
