Worst customer service. Rating should be a zero. Won't let me.Needed a 7 dollar gasket. Would not order without prescription paying over the phone. Told them I couldn't do Rating should be a zero. They are the closest. Not the first time we had problems with the service. Would not ever recommend going to this dealer for service. They try to rip you off!!!!! More

Poor customer service Service dept. Has very poor customer service. How can they justify keeping a new car for a week that needs only a battery or other simple part replace Service dept. Wonderful RJ Peroutka has been my saleswomen for 5 years, she always goes above and beyond for me. She has also helped my brother in law and two of my sisters. RJ Peroutka has been my saleswomen for 5 years, she always goes above and beyond for me. She has also helped my brother in law and two of my sisters. We just let her know what we want and she gets if for us. Her personality is awesome , I truly see her as a friend instead of my car saleswomen.. If you want an honest , informative, helpful and overall good car buying experience RJ is the way to go. More

First I would like to say that I LOVE MY ROGUE.. Johnny was great. He said at the beginning of this sale that he would get me in the Rogue, and he sure did.
