I just returned from West Kendall Toyota, supposedly I had an appointment for today at 7 in the morning and I was the first to arrive there, they di I just returned from West Kendall Toyota, supposedly I had an appointment for today at 7 in the morning and I was the first to arrive there, they did not respect my order of arrival, nor the appointment I had and they sent me to line up at an office with several people in front that I don't know where they came from......, when I explained to the young woman who was there, she practically told me that that was not her problem..., this is a total lack of respect for customers Because if you have an appointment for 7 in the morning, the time the service opens, you assume that you will be attended to at that time. More

The sales rep didn't even gives us his name just told us to sit and he would be right back. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, we walked out and left. The online sales team we were chatting with (very good team by the way) asked for us to come back the following week because the vehicle we had reserved (we put $$ down) was ready for pick up. When we arrive we were made to wait, AGAIN, only for them to tell us that THEY SOLD THE CAR WE HAD RESERVED!!! terrible customer service at this dealer. They had no regard for our time and the money we put down for the car we were told was on hold for US. Very disappointing experience. More

Writing to describe recent unfortunate experience at West Kendall Toyota that led to the return of a new vehicle and countless hours of wasted time. I was in the market for a new 4Runner and targeted Goog Kendall Toyota that led to the return of a new vehicle and countless hours of wasted time. I was in the market for a new 4Runner and targeted Google advertising showed me a "new" 2023 4Runner TRD Pro available in last year's special color at this dealership. I called the dealership and was told that the vehicle was already purchased but in case the deal fell through, they would call. A week later, that is exactly what happened. I was told the original buyer was unhappy with the color and walked away. So I went in to purchase the car, assuming all was as advertised. Strangely, the "new" car had 440 miles on it. I was told the vehicle was used in shows but was "new." I loved the color and agreed to the purchase at MSRP, but when I inspected the car there was notable paint damage to multiple panels including scrapes and chips. I was told everything would come out with a buff and they would fix any damaged areas and have the car looking as it should. At this time, I paid for the vehicle with a 20% down payment, financed the remainder, set up insurance, and planned to retrieve the vehicle in a few weeks after I returned from vacation. When I went to take delivery of the vehicle, it was parked outside in the dark next to the dealership. I requested that the vehicle be brought inside to the light so we could adequately inspect the paint and in the light it was evident that the paint was not corrected. In fact, more paint chips were now visible that the car had a good clean. Rather than repainting the panels, it appeared that someone dabbed paint on each of the chipped areas. At this time, the sales manager advised that they did not want to spend the money actually repainting the damage and simply offered to unwind the sale. When I asked if there was another vehicle in another color (the special color was last year's model), the dealership advised that they had no ability to find another car. I was clearly upset. Within a few days, the sales manager called and said that his manager had in turn seen the vehicle, noted that the paint was unacceptable and communicated their plan to paint to vehicle properly. I advised that if the vehicle was repainted, I would still be interested if A) the paint was fixed properly and B) the dealership adjusted the price properly, requesting $1,000 for my hours of wasted time and the depreciation of the vehicle due to repainting. The dealer had no interest in selling the vehicle with the $1,000 requested adjustment. After many requests, I received a refunded check for my down payment and the loan was cancelled. I will say the both the car salesperson and sales manager were polite and professional. But delivering a car in the dark with paint damage is suspicious at a minimum. I wasted hours of my time with this dealership. It's just a car, not a big deal. But I feel it important to notify other potential buyers of this issue, particularly if someone is considering buying that particular vehicle with damaged paint that has been repaired. Whether or not it will be disclosed to a potential buyer is anyone's guess. More

Relato a continuacion las razones de mi queja . Hace varios dias lleve con grua a su taller de West Kendall Toyota mi auto corrolla 2019 , el cual por razones mecanicas , se me apagaba . El dia que llevo el auto tuvo que esperar largo tiempo para se atendido , pese a tener cita previa . Despues de haber sido atendido me informaron que en cuestion de una hora nos darian el diagnostico de lo que le sucede al auto , cosa que no paso y despues de 7 horas mi esposa tuvo que llamar ya que nadie nos decia nada . El diagnostico era que el computador estaba quemado y que habia que cambiarlo junto con otras piezas . Me supieron decir el iban a verificar el costo de todo y nos avisarian . Al dia siguiente me informaron que el computador esta en garantia y solo cobrarian el costo de mano de obra lo cual me parecio totalmente exajerado ( 1235.20 dolares ) , pero acepte creyendo en su palabra . Adicionalemente me cobrarian por las partes adicionales en mal estado y mano de obra , dando un costo total de 3005.33 dolares , lo cual con gran esfuerzo tendria que pagar . Dentro de esta espera me llamaron dos veces del Dealer , acosandome para que les venda el auto y me darian un buen precio , a lo que me negue , que me parecia muy raro . Al tarde me brindaron la posibilidad de un auto de cortesia , ya que las piezas no las tenian en stock .Yo acepte y alrededor de la 6 pm pase a retirar el auto que me asignadon , llevandome otra mala sorpresa mas , ya que era un SUV totalmente sucio por dentro y fuera , con muy mal olor y con el tanque vacio en su totalida , de tal forma que tuve que ir directamente a la estacion de gasolina a cargarlo , saliendome por 60 dolares la mitad del tanque . Este mismo dia me informaron que mi auto estaria listo al dia siguiente miercoles o Jueves , siendo ya 5 dias en el taller . El dia de hoy recibo una llamada en la cual me dan muy malas noticias , ya que me informan que hay mas piedas danadas y que el costo subiria a mas de 5000 dolares , algo que me enoja totalmente , ya que me hace pensar que me estan estafando al darme diferentes precios , pese a haber dado un diagnostico y precio total . Entre las piezas que supuestamente tiene falla estan los injectors , algo que me parece ridiculo , que no hayan verificado , si tienen en su taller provador de injectors y ahora quieren que pague por cada uno 800 dolares . Las llamadas de insistencia acosandome para que les venda el auto y cambios de precios por algo que debieron haber informado a tiempo , me lleva a la conclusion de que es una total estafa de parte de su Dealer . Asi que requiero me entregue mi auto como yo se los entregue , para llevarlo a un mecanico que sepa hacer las cosas y no quiera estafarme como ustedes lo quieren hacer . Mcuhas gracias por nada More
