Thank you Bethany! I truly appreciate all that you and the Walls Ford team did to solve the issue with my Bronco. No short cuts taken and most importantly you provided clear communication of not only what happened but what would be done to ensure a proper repair. Super glad Ford took responsibility for the problem and you and Walls made sure things were done right. Thanks to Sean as well. Both of you have looked after me and my Bronco for all servicing, oil changes, tire rotation, minor issues with professionalism and ease. I will be back for sure, though hopefully only for maintenance and maybe a few upgrades. Thanks again, I appreciate your service. More

Bethany was extremely helpful and communicated very well, with what was going on with my car both times I've been here. The whole service team at Wall's Ford does a great job making sure to help you out as b with what was going on with my car both times I've been here. The whole service team at Wall's Ford does a great job making sure to help you out as best they can, and to get your car back to you in a timely manner. I brought my car here to fix an issue with it not being able to start normally in park, and having to put it into neutral in order to start it. The only catch is it happens randomly and within day's / month's in between, so of course it wanted to work fine when I brought my car in to be serviced. (I also recently had my neutral safety switch replaced as well.) Although the issue with my car wasn't able to be resolved this time. I appreciate and respect the decision to not charge me for anything that pertained to that. Also I was told that the next time it happens to come back the same day and they will look at it again. Which is something I respect in a business and would make me want to come back again! More
