Jim made room in the schedule to take our car in and get it back on the road after a dead battery. From start to finish, the buying process at this dealership was amazing. My sales associate, Alexandria, went above and beyond my expectations. She is not only extremely friendly and easygoing but infinitely knowledgeable about the Volvo product. I never once felt pressured. She listened to my wants/needs and delivered on everything. Even in the finance office, Joe was so patient and knowledgeable. He provided so much valuable information and provided several options for me to properly protect my new purchase giving me peace of mind as a new vehicle owner. My car is so perfect and I am the happiest customer. I cannot say enough times how wonderful and exciting the entire experience was.
