Chris kelly is amazing. He made my new purchase of a VW ID.4 so simple and thorough. Not once did I feel pressured and he took care of everything I asked him to handle. I asked him to have the majority of the paperwork and details handled before I arrived and I was in and out of the dealership including trading in my Jetta, walking away with a complete overview of the key things I wanted to know about my new car and feeling like I got a pretty darn good deal. Chris is someone you are going to want to ask for as you will have a very good experience. Thanks again! More

The five star rating is really for Robert Hsu who Chip handed us off to because he needed to attend to a family friend. Robert was very helpful and made the buying process easy from start to finish. From handling our trade in to making sure we understood all the features and equipment offered in the Volkswagen Tiguan. We were also well taken care of by Dave in Finance who helped us understand our options for GAP and Repair Warranties from both our Credit Union and the dealer's option. Overall, very positive experience. We were able to complete our visit in just over two hours. More

The sales agent Ryan was very helpful and willing to answer all our questions. He put us in contact with David, who was also very helpful and did a wonderful job getting the paperwork to us.
