I came in because the light bulb over licence plate was out and indicator light present.. I paid $425 to run diagnostic and replace bulbs. But socket needs changed and then they wanted another $375 to f out and indicator light present.. I paid $425 to run diagnostic and replace bulbs. Herberto was kind enough to say that they would finish the job forfeiting the $375 after I said I can't justify $800 for this repair...just so expensive. I don't love the text for approval, prefer someone call and let me know details. Appreciated the wash and vacuum. More

I recently had service done at your establishment. I've gotten an electrical diagnostic test to see what was going on with my lights on the car. Brian Collins was the guy that was helping me out. I let him know that I've already changed the fuses twice on the car and that the lights do cut on after changing the fuses, but they've popped each time I changed it after a few hours so it gotta b something else. Still, they only changed my fuses which made my lights work for a couple of hours, after that they were off again. I basically wanted a refund because I expressed to them to look for another solution because it's not the fuses, but they still did anyway. Also I got uncharged and extra $250.00 because they had to take extra time to "changed fuses". Fred Borek the Service Manager refused me a refund stating that that was worth the 460 I paid. Also he said i can't get a refund but I can pay another 250 to check what's going with my car even though I paid for that in the first place, but they wanted to be lazy. I am asking for a refund because I didn't get what I paid for. I do not want to make a social problem out of this because i feel as though i have gotten scammed.
