The service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my entire lifetime, they never fix the vehicle in the time they tell you, they don’t keep their promises and sometimes flat out lie! in my entire lifetime, they never fix the vehicle in the time they tell you, they don’t keep their promises and sometimes flat out lie! Buyer beware! DO NOT buy a used car from this dealer. Had issues from day one and continue to. Purchased a beautiful lemon- Another dealer told me this week DO NOT buy a used car from this dealer. On Sunday 01/28, I sent a request for information and availability on a 2011 Ford Expedition (Stock #10550A). I received two emails Sunday and a text Monday (01/29) morning from salesperson Brianna Mart availability on a 2011 Ford Expedition (Stock #10550A). I received two emails Sunday and a text Monday (01/29) morning from salesperson Brianna Martinez. Martinez sent me an email at 1:44pm that reads as follows; “Dear wes, I have personally checked on this Expedition and it’s available, ready to be parked in your garage or driveway. Please schedule your test drive now by calling me at (281) 848-5531.” I texted her at 1:56 and advised that I could be at the dealership at 4:00pm. Brianna confirmed my appointment. I arrived a little early and met with Brianna. She asked what vehicle I was interested in, and I reiterated that I was interested in the 2011 Ford Expedition. I provided my driver’s license an she left to make a copy. A short time later an African American female with long braids approached (missed her name) and asked about other vehicles I might be interested in. I advised that I was there to look at the 2011 Ford Expedition. She responded by saying the one that has 241,000 miles. I said yes and she began to ask if there were other vehicles with similar mileage, I might be interested in. Once again, I said I was there to see the Expedition. Brianna returned and we headed to the lot. We went left (North) out the front door and began to walk around. As we did, she pointed out a Tahoe and asked if I was interested, I said no. We walked the lot and did not see the Expedition. We then walked to the South lot where she once again pointed out other makes and models and even hybrids, asking if I was interested. She told me that sometimes salespersons will hide vehicles if they have an appointment booked, so we continued to look. We did not find the Expedition. I suggested hitting the alarm on the key fob. She then informed me that she did not have the keys. She stated that sometimes employees will take vehicles to lunch or to run errands. She went on to tell me that an employee took the keys, and they know who because you have to use a fingerprint to get the keys. She said that she could not find the employee with the keys. We proceeded back inside the lobby. I used the restroom and when I came back into the lobby the same woman with long braided hair informed me that the Expedition was no longer available. She asked if I wanted to be notified if any similar vehicles are traded in. I informed both of them that I was there to see one vehicle and because of how the entire process was handled I would never purchase a vehicle from the dealership. It was clear to me that both employees knew when I arrived (possibly long before) that the Expedition was no longer available, but failed to simply be honest. The techniques used by these employees were handled with practiced ease. The cancer that I experienced today may be limited to these employees or it may be emblematic of a pattern of systematic practices. More
Great experience at dealership. Only downside was the excessive amount of following up asking for a review. Only filling this out so it will stop Only downside was the excessive amount of following up asking for a review. Only filling this out so it will stop More
