Service dept is a joke, told to be my jeep cherokee in on Thursday for fan light coming on and they would look at it friday. Called late friday, they didnt have time, said they would saturday, called saturda Thursday for fan light coming on and they would look at it friday. Normally they do a great job, this time due to flu and absence of enough employees they were very slow. They were trying but when I arrived for appt the stated they were running about 45" behind.
