Charging $30 for a tire rotation, which has always been included in Lube & Filter until recently is ridiculous! Discount tire is still free and doesn't yell and walk away from their customers like your staff member John Hale. Your staff member John Hale was very unprofessional, rude in a way that we never experienced from a dealership... what a disappointment! You may consider training your employees to have the tools, know how and demeanor to deal with your customers professionally and respectfully.

Mr Hodder, I tried calling you Monday & Tuesday to no avail. I not surprised but I have received no call back. When I call I get transferred at least 5 times only to end up with the receptionist. I have even less respect for Van Chevrolet then before. Your customer service is horrible. I talked to a manager since you were in a meeting I was dumbfounded when he said I shouldn’t have given something positive. He said by doing so whatever my issue is it’s likely my issue won’t be resolved due to my negative opinion. By doing that he said I had no loyalty to your dealership. He felt I should change my review. This is so ridiculous, you can’t make this stuff up. Funny enough I drove 2 1/2 hours specifically to purchase my Yukon from your dealership. Side note I walked in & paid cash for my Yukon & the worthless warranty. I hope many people read this & choose to take their business elsewhere. I’m so tired of everyone passing the buck. I told some service manager I had already been in contact with GM & I was told it needed to be handled at the dealership level. It gets better I was also told since I bought both taillight assemblies & had my mechanic replace them. It cost me $1,000 where as if I’d taken it to be fixed by the dealership I would have better results. Since I’m eating the $1,000 I most definitely wasn’t going to pay the dealership $2,000 to fix my defective taillights. I will never step foot in your dealership ever again & the more people I deter the better. I went even further & called Matt Cereta & I was told he was in a meeting & shockingly I never got a call back. Regards DKB
