Just picked up my 2003 Corvette Z06 from being serviced and it was waiting for me outside under the trees covered in dirt and leaves. This car rarely gets driven and has only 11k miles on it. When I dropped it off this morning it was immaculate. All the service manager could say was they have limited parking? I have been bringing my cars, trucks and SUV’s here for years but no more. The parts department inaccurately depicted a part on their website and sent out the wrong part. After contacting them and telling them of their mistake I was informed I had to pay for shipping a second their website and sent out the wrong part. After contacting them and telling them of their mistake I was informed I had to pay for shipping a second time to return the part to them. So, I have to pay for shipping twice for a mistake on their part. I was also informed that they MAY waive the restocking fee for THEIR MISTAKE. I would stay away from this company if this is what customer service looks like. More

I’ve been trying to reach a manager for a week, I’ve left numerous messages & voicemails to no avail. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I had more help than I needed when purchasing my Yukon &!they numerous messages & voicemails to no avail. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I had more help than I needed when purchasing my Yukon &!they had no problem taking the $34,000 I paid in cash for it. They sold me a vehicle knowing it had defective tail lamps & now all I get is silence from them. They can’t say they didn’t know, I didn’t look very hard & discovered all 2015 & 2016 Yukons had defective tail lamps. I bought an extended warranty that’s useless , so I’ve got to sink $1,900 to be legal driving my Yukon. I noticed something that looked like condensation in the tail lamp & thought it would just dry out. Wrong that’s one of the major clues of the 2015 defective tail lamps. I shouldn’t be responsible for this defect but I’ve yet to have anyone call me back. I had one guy on the phone that said it’s easier to come in. I live almost 2,5 hours away in Northern Az. He said that sucks for you. Are you kidding me! When I call I get transitive & time again to reception. Van Chevrolet is the worst!! More

So my key fob stopped working, the tire pressure gauges were giving an error and I take it to Van. It took them a week before they even looked at it. Then they say it is some sort of a chip or transmitter were giving an error and I take it to Van. It took them a week before they even looked at it. Then they say it is some sort of a chip or transmitter that needs to be replaced. So they order it, one comes in and they say that they can't use it because it was already programmed to another VIN number. I ask, "I thought I was getting a new part?" they said "it came in the box" I said just because it is in the box doesn't mean it is new.. So they order another one. More days pass. The second one, they tell me I can get the truck by the end of the day, then they tell me that "the pins are bent in this one and we can't use it", again I ask, I thought I was getting a new part? Then he hits me with more bad news. That the part is on backorder with NO eta. He let's me know that they will help me out as I have had a rental car all this time. Bare in mind that the car alarm goes off every-time I want to get into the vehicle.. My neighbors think I am breaking into my own car every morning at the crack of dawn. So then I get a call letting me know that they will give me $100 for the rental... no where close to covering that cost. I asked to have the manager give me a call and they said that they would have them call me. Never heard from them. Emailed, called, emailed again. Never heard back. I get that they have no control over the part situation. But the customer service, the dragging me along, the xx about the parts that they got not being ones they could use, and then not covering the cost of the rental.. I expect at least to have that cost covered. Especially with all this run around. More
