I was looking for an older model bmw 330ci . They had one in the fishers li action that looked incredible, a 2005, with only 37.000 miles and a one owner clean carfax. But I was in NY, and made the capital mistake of not arranging for a third party inspection. Something my salesperson Tim, pointed out AFTER I received the car and lodged my many complaints. I would have loved such reminder before we closed the deal, but, my bad. My clean carfax car, had been hit at least twice, and obviously they knew that as they bought the car from someone. Rust in a few spots, unstitched driver’s seat, a 830 dollar bill two days after receiving the car due to the brakes being rusted and locking, in short, a disaster. None of their great pics showed any of the rust, the door that is misaligned and doesn’t close properly, none of that. Once I complained, my salesperson, TIM, says to me, for a 2005 I don’t think it’s “ that bad”. I guess he agrees it was bad, just not “ That bad”. I was stupid in not hiring anyone to go check the car, don’t make the same mistake. Don’t trust their pics, as car salesmen, they make for great photographers. You fooled me once, shame on you. Hopefully nobody else falls for their deception. More

My experience with this dealer was totally unacceptable. Gary (salesman) first refused to hold the car over the weekend even though I was willing to make a significant down payment. He implied the vehicle would sell very fast since it was in great condition, but a little research revealed an inspection done by a BMW dealership concluded the vehicle needed almost $7000.00 worth of repairs, including safety issues like brakes and rear suspension parts. When I confronted Gary with this information, he claimed to know nothing about it inspire of the fact that it was Unlimited Motors that ordered the inspection. With an upcoming repair bill of $7000. I made an offer to buy the car as is for $4000. below the asking price. After Gary checked with his boss (?) he told me they were not lowering the price. Dealer is hard to work with, unreasonable and maybe even dishonest. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! More

He never did so I called back and scheduled a time to stop by and see vehicle. I took a day off work and drove ~2hrs to dealership. Salesman was not personable and didn’t act as if he was interested in selling cars. I had two concerns about the vehicle and salesman said he would check into them and give me a call back. Once again, I never heard back from salesman. I don’t understand how a dealership can stay in business treating customers this way. More
