Do not trust the service dept with oil changes or repairs. Rec an oil change and was told I had a small oil leak and car needs an engine filter, quoted no more than $1000. Bring the car back 2 weeks repairs. Rec an oil change and was told I had a small oil leak and car needs an engine filter, quoted no more than $1000. Bring the car back 2 weeks later to fix and ended up with a $6,500 worth in repairs estimated. And when we questioned some of the items that they said needed replacing because 2 weeks prior we were told these items like the brakes were in great condition, the service guy, Cauther Sekatawa threw his own coworkers under the bus who did my oil change and called them liars and not experts. Cauther also lied and said we no longer needed an engine filter because during the oil change 2 weeks ago, we received one for free. When is anything given for free???? Do NOT trust this service dept to work on your car!!! They also claimed they cleaned my engine to find the leak and I lifted my hood while still there and my engine was very dirty. DO NOT TRUST VW TYNAN’s service dept! Cauther never acknowledged me when I came to pick up my Jetta and then sat there and laughed while I was at the cashier! Horrible employee! Tynan’s you have lost a customer in your service dept and we will not buy anymore vehicles from you! More
