Dysfunctional, incompetent, arrogant. That's how I would describe the experience. I was contacted by not one but two people. I contacted them about a Mercedes. Then they said said it was the end of the month and they would not sell the car to me. So they expect someone to fly in to buy a car with no deposit? It has to be the most impersonal and illogical policy I've heard. Musical chairs. Chris Geer says he does not need my business. Well Chris, I don't need a dealer that lies to people. My 2011 335i with 107,000+ miles had seen better days and it was time for another used certified. I gave Tyler my likes/dislikes and he located the perfect car in a matter of days! A Beautiful, low mileage, Mineral Grey Metallic M340i. Tyler (Dawn and Chris) were a pleasure to work with and I had my car within a matter of days. Tyler took extra time to help me setup the Nav, Comm, Media, Heads-up display, lighting, etc. I'd still be trying to figure it all out if Tyler hadn't gone the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. He also helped resolve a license plate screw issue, and took additional time to help me program a new second key. Thank you Tyler to your 'low pressure' sales approach, professionalism, easy demeaner and friendliness. More

purchased a used car from Tulley and within 5 minutes of driving off the lot the check engine light came on. when my local mechanic opened it up there were multiple issues that were undisclosed - obviously driving off the lot the check engine light came on. when my local mechanic opened it up there were multiple issues that were undisclosed - obviously it did not pass inspection, cracked manifold with coolant pooled everywhere, they lied about the measurements on the tires all 4 needed to be replaced, malfunctioning hydraulics and multiple additional maintenance issues that should have been addressed which I discovered right away because it wouldn't pass inspection. management did not care one bit that they put us out over 5K in repair and we had no recourse. It was clear these issues existed upon the sale. Very shady dealership. More

Our salesperson Jeremy was very kind and competent. I had a very bad experience with the Tulley dealership in Manchester. After buying a used X5 found out that the car has a lot of issue just after one day of purchasing the vehicle.
