I wanted leave a review because of the outstanding service I received this week when my anti-theft alarm would not stop going off. Everyone knows how extremely annoying that can be. It started service I received this week when my anti-theft alarm would not stop going off. Everyone knows how extremely annoying that can be. It started on a Sunday when service was closed but Fernando De La Cruz in Sales went above and beyond to try to help remedy the problem. While Fernando is not a mechanic, he did try to help me eliminate some possible issues. He took a great deal of time with me and seemed to genuinely want to help resolve the issue. He reminded me of what a great salesperson I had when Kevin S. sold me the car. It is clear by my interaction with Fernando that this dealership hires professionals that put the needs of the customer first. The next day, I bought my car in nearly a day before the first available appointment that had been available through the dealerships online system. There was quite a line of cars in front of me but both Matt Coons and John Barlett were patient and helpful even though my appointment was for another day. I have dealt with Matt several times when I have bought my car in for maintenance, He has spoiled me with is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. This time was no exception. He kept his cool when there were several customers all of the counter people were trying to help while my alarm almost unceasing continued to sound. After my initial visit, John Bartlett was my contact person and he made a real effort to return my calls and keep me updated. I have to note that this all occurred as the UAW strike was starting to heat up, so being able to get parts and know when they would arrive was becoming a bit challenging. I was planning an out of town trip and it was imperative that I had my car to get to the airport. John knew I was nervous about this and his updates helped to lessen my worry. John also gave me some "worst case scenario" suggestions that made the situation much less stressful. Finally, I have to thank John Chamberlain. I did not speak with Mr. Chamberlain but he is noted on my receipt as the person who inspected the car, so I believe he is the person that isolated the problem and installed the part, less than an hour after it arrived at the dealership. Without his expertise, I doubt very seriously that I would have my car back and in working order. With a such hardworking and conscious team, I know I did the right thing purchasing and having my car serviced at this dealership. More
Worst car dealer ever. I came for servicing (2nd service for bolt ev, which shouldn’t take 30min) my car here and service agent said it will take 1hr at 11.50am. Checked in I came for servicing (2nd service for bolt ev, which shouldn’t take 30min) my car here and service agent said it will take 1hr at 11.50am. Checked in at 1pm and said another 1hr. Another 1hr at 2pm… Now they are saying 5pm. Wasted my whole day. Never observed these kind of miscommunication in Toyota, Nissan or Honda. That’s why Chevy sucks More

We were greeted by someone who opened the door for us, asking where he might direct us to to receive the best service. I had a bad experience with KBB used car sales person. Suggestion is that the sales person need a training class on customer relationship. The way he talks is as if he is giving a charity. First he quoted an amount based on the car fax. Later when I went to the showroom, he says I can’t give that amount as the car fax is not good. Later he says what if no one buys your car. What if your car is broken when you left off the showroom. If he is not interested, he shouldn’t call me to the showroom for inspection. More
Went to Tracy Chevrolet was offered 32k for my trade in. I wanted 33k but we agreed upon 32k. My trade in was a brand new 2021 Ford Ranger Stx 4x4 Supercrew with only 67xx miles. When I started talking to them about if I could negotiate the price on the truck I wanted since it had been duct taped where a decal was to hide a crack on the front fender, had the antenna taken apparently by a employee because he liked it (was a bullet antenna I was told) had been poorly cleaned I opened a compartment and it had what seemed to be wood shavings everywhere in the carpet and had some other issues on top of that I was told they would no longer give me the agreed upon 32k and stated they can only give me 31k. I wasn’t to happy but I did like the truck as it was much bigger for my family I asked if I could maybe borrow it for a day which past dealers have done for me and I’ve purchased every vehicle I’ve borrowed they said no and the manager stayed in his office the entire time with the salesman as the middle man relaying messages. I understand managers are busy but to not give me a reason on why I can’t borrow it just to make sure it’s the right truck especially backing out of the 32k they originally offered me isn’t right if it was a legit reason I would understand I’m a reasonable person for the most part. I would stay far away from this dealer as they do not take pride in there trade ins as far as cleaning or making sure it has the little things like the antenna. When I got into the vehicle it was on the only radio station that came in clear without it so I’m assuming they knew it was missing. If they are to lazy to do the little things who know what else they are skipping on like oil changes etc. Also this truck had supposedly gone through a 125 point inspection according to the dealers website.
