Took advantage of a college student Our college student took her purchased new (in San diego)2014 dealer serviced since day 1 w 39k miles to team Vw for simple check eng lite ? $ 200 dia Our college student took her purchased new (in San diego)2014 dealer serviced since day 1 w 39k miles to team Vw for simple check eng lite ? $ 200 diagnose fee , told car was repaired Paid $ 700 more , week later only 100 miles and same lite, go back they say another $ 500 plus tax ? Ok few days later battery died? Another 250 plus tax = $1700 ?? The bad battery was not tested under the first diagnose charge? 1st spark plugs were changed 700 ? Then coils for the plugs 2nd time ? Bottom line they saw a first timer and really just burned her ? They did reply saying car had multiple issues and their not responsible , but you charged for repair ? We ended up getting a new toyota and replaced the jetta ( great car) as we did not want her to get stung ever again by team vw : disgraceful please read the reviews if any where you take your car to have serviced as the reviews are accurate More

Liar's Horrible Experience I dealt with Norma and left sitting around for long periods wasting time, not to mention they showed me a dirty SUV. I had a pre approval and went there explaining I did not want my credit ran again and wanted to use my deal only. I was told by Norma this was ok and they needed stubs and then i could sign paperwork. Left sitting so long I had to go and was told i could come tomorrow and sign the documents. The next day they never called and said they did, then told me they had another buyer but if i get there soon it was first come first serve. I showed up told her i was buy the insurance, she walked off saying ok and disappeared. When the insurance needed the vin i was told the car was not there and Norma was gone on a test drive. The longest test drive i ever seen, I left and then was told they were trying to find me another deal. I was pissed I told the liars to not run my credit again.
