After visiting several reputable dealerships throughout the region, I felt one stood high above the rest-Team Toyota of Glen Mills. My sales representative, Rich Kearney, was outstanding in all regards. the region, I felt one stood high above the rest-Team Toyota of Glen Mills. My sales representative, Rich Kearney, was outstanding in all regards. He was friendly, outgoing, trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He took extra effort by reaching out by phone, discussing details before I drove an hour down, to make sure things were right, the car was available, and the car was ready for test drive. Other dealers wasted my time previously by advertising unavailable cars or cars that were in the shop, etc. Rich continued to stay on top with communication, with many important questions and details, showing his responsible effort for several days during my decision. He also offered several "peace of mind" add on's that made good sense to purchase. He explained all details well and did not pressure or rush me throughout my visit. I HIGHLY recommend him to any one that visits. The financing was done by Aric Leddy, who was equally outstanding and made the final process simple, fast, and pleasurable. Last but not least, I was delighted and impressed to see this dealership is owned and managed by a woman. So, Shout Outs to Lisa Diskin, as well !!! :) More
Was helping my neighbor find a car and ended up at Team Toyota looking to drive a Subaru Crosstrek. Rich Kearney was our salesman and he was extremely patient, thorough, and offered up other options when Toyota looking to drive a Subaru Crosstrek. Rich Kearney was our salesman and he was extremely patient, thorough, and offered up other options when the Subaru didn't work out for my neighbor. She drove 5 cars and ended up with a Honda CRV that worked perfectly wrt functionality and cost. Rich patiently explained functionality in all of the cars driven, and answered quesitons effectvely, never being pushy or aggressive. Negotiating the price was a respectful back and forth, leaving my neighbor happy with the final result. Once the car was chosen, we worked with Nick Toto on financing for part of the vehicle. Nick was also very patient and explained what he was doing through each step of the process. Overall an extremely positive experience and I'd definitely work with this team again. More

Went in for an inspection 10-29-22 and was left with wet carpet! Never had such a bad service visit before. It started with a high quote for the inspection, since my appointment last year was one day shor carpet! Never had such a bad service visit before. It started with a high quote for the inspection, since my appointment last year was one day short of one year ago. Nobody mentioned that when I made the appointment though. Was told I had a light bulb out and signed off on replacing it. 90 minutes later, they told me my car was ready. The valet got out and I noticed the floor mat on the driver's side was soaking wet. Weather was totally dry - and so was my car when I brought it in. The valet couldn't explain it. The service advisor said he would talk to the manager to figure out what happened. I just wanted the water removed from my car ASAP. Instead he asked me to wait another hour for somebody in detailing to clean it up. After 75 more minutes they told me the car was ready again, yet I picked up the mat and found water underneath - the carpet was soaked. Had to leave, but spent time at home with rags pressing on it an squeezing out as much as possible over the next few days. This led to a lot of time cleaning and stressing over something that never should have happened. After going there for every 5K or 10K mile maintenance service and inspection for nearly 20 years, this experience was the worst. Got a call from customer care rep who said they would look into what happened. A few days later she said the technician claims he told me about the water and that there was a leak problem in my car. That's two more lies. The only times the advisor spoke with me were at check-in, going over items in my printed Visit Summary, sending me to the cashier, and hearing my complaint about the water. The summary says NOTHING about water or a leak. It says they inspected the floor mats, though. There is a checkmark after that bit. My advice is to avoid this place. For anyone going to this place for service anyway, take detailed pix of your car inside and out - before and after they touch it. My pix are on my Google review. More
