Not accredited with the BBB which is far from surprising. Even though they claim their accessories are optional they will try to slide the cost in and call it something else. They informed me they don't take a trade in or a down payment UNLESS you use their financing. I only found them because they are on my banks website for car buying. So for them to try anyway they could to use their own finance company is obviously their way of a side hustle. The sales associate i worked with was nice but the company from the top down is shady. Somehow the price online was 19,575 and after trade in and down (7,500) it became 19,890.. Someone should teach them how basic math works. More

At first it was bothersom getting text & calls from them all the time. It kept me real and the fact that I needed a new car, my old car felt like it was becoming unsafe to drive. When I first started to walk in Daniel greeted me, he was cool and calm. Which I do well with, do not do well with strong & arrogant (pretentious). Probably would have walked right back out! His approach was perfect with no expectations I knew what I wanted due to the fact that I had been on their website many times. The team took care of me; washed my car and made me feel at ease and confident with my purchase. Thank you Team Mazda! More

Went is for service on our CX5. It was so easy and fast. Had a 10am appointment, I was 40 min early. Oil change, rotate tires, checked over car, and car washed all in 45 min. We made an appointment with Jocelyn to see the car we wanted. Jocelyn checked to make sure the car was available and then set our appointment for an hour later. When we arrived to the dealership the car was already sold and they had no other cars similar to it for us to view. It was a waste of time. Flash forward to 2 days later and Jori Quenga felt the need to text me, leave a voicemail and then call me THREE times in a row, by-passing my do-not disturb function. When I finally answered, before I could finish the sentence, “please do not call me again” she HUNG-UP on me. All to ask me why I didn’t buy a car that they didn’t have! This dealership is pushy and disrespectful. They clearly do not know how to update their systems and work as a cohesive unit. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More
