This morning I discovered my Palisade had a low tire. I called & was told to bring it in. As i arrived i was greeted by a gentleman who assured me i would be taken care of. I checked with the service de I called & was told to bring it in. As i arrived i was greeted by a gentleman who assured me i would be taken care of. I checked with the service department and the lady said there was a cancelation and Colby would get me taken care of. An hour and a half later I was on my way with the tire repaired. Being an encyclopedia of service advising, she made my appointment and my experience smooth. As the final customer of the day, I came in on March 6 for an oil change in the next to last hour of business. She understood my working a few hours over at the Furys Ferry Publix, so she postponed my scheduled car service appointment and was able to work me in once I got off from working at Publix. During my service appointments, she treats me like family and as a valued Hyundai customer at the dealership. I appreciate her so much for the valuable assistance and prompt service that she provided. I bought a 2019 Hyundai Ionic Hyb SEL in 2019. During the end of November of 2023, with 128,000 mikes on the car I took it to the dealership for service due to lights coming on on the dash alerti During the end of November of 2023, with 128,000 mikes on the car I took it to the dealership for service due to lights coming on on the dash alerting me to system problems. The dealership stated I had transmission problems. On December 5, 2023 the vehicle was placed in to their service shop. This is now February 19, 2024. The transmission was repaired/ replaced due to the secondary warranty policy I purchased that covered the batteries and transmission. Now however they said I have a 12 volt battery underneath the car that went out. Hyundai Corporation said they would only pay 70% of the cost and I was responsible for the other 30 % for labor and parts and battery. The dealership is the one who removed the battery . It worked fine before they removed it. I am now discussing the issue with Hyundai Customer Care. Either way never ever buy a hybrid or an t egg lectric vehicle . The cost of repair is astronomical!!!! I will be filling complaints with BBB, The Federsl Trade commission, the State consumer Protection Office, and the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. More
I brought my vehicle into the dealership for service one week before Thanksgiving. It needed an engine mount. Julian Martin not only got the top notch technician to work on it, but drove it to be sure the p week before Thanksgiving. It needed an engine mount. Julian spoke with his boss and I was able to bring my vehicle in the next day for additional work at no cost to me. Thank you Julian for going out of your way to make sure the problem was solved. I bought my car from Taylor Hyundai brand new with only 3 miles on my Sonata. I only let Hyundai service my car. It has over 100,000 . On it now but she runs great! I’ve worked my whole life to help individuals that have medical emergency and treat them each with respect and as of each one is a family member. I am saddened to realize this is not the case in every field of work. Recently, I sent my car into Taylor Hyundai for a paint recall. My car was sent to Cushmans in Evans for this service. My windshield was broken during the process of repainting my car due to the recall. Hyundai never called me and spoke with me about my windshield being broken. I had to call multiple time to get any word on my car. This rude woman I spoke to continued to tell me, ‘I don’t get paid extra to check on all of the recalls’ and ‘you’re lucky you aren’t the lady that her windshield got broken.’ Unfortunately, I was the girl that had her windshield broken, fixed, and slapped with an 800$ bill. Hyundai sent me through all of the obstacles of calling corporate. They all denied my claims even though my windshield would have never been broken if it was for their faulty paint job. I’ve been hung up on multiple times, told to get a lawyer, and I’m out of luck. I have found out that replacing a windshield without the ability to research and pick one on my own is against the law. Cushmans states they had a blanket statement to fix whatever is broken on the paint recalls and they are slapping the bills on the consumer. They are holding my car from me and not allowing me to pick it up without paying 800$. More
