I brought my thunderbird at Tasca in Cranston 1 1/2 years ago. And, the check engine came on. Brought my car to Tasca service center in Seekonk MA. The service was fixed. Afterwards 28 hours later the check ago. And, the check engine came on. Brought my car to Tasca service center in Seekonk MA. The service was fixed. Afterwards 28 hours later the check engine light came on again and the Thunderbird will be going back on Monday 4/29/24. Again for the check engine lights issues . The Thunderbird started to sputter and that is when the engine light came back on. The first fix cost me over $600.00. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved. I want you to know George at the service desk was extremely helpful and nice when I had contact with him. I wished the mechanics would solve this problem, as soon as possible, for the 2nd time for service. More

My service manager was Paul. My request included four tire with all-wheel alignment because my car has an independent rear suspension. I also specified the brand and description of the tire that I wanted. Also, I requested that my convertible top mechanism be checked as the top was hesitating. Everything done completely to my requests. Paul made certain that correct tires were ordered and the report that I received on the all-wheel alignment was very detailed. The car is special to me and Paul insured that work was efficiently and correctly. The technician who worked on the top identified the problem and corrected it quickly.
