We have always had great service and buying experiences at Symdon. The service department is always and helpful and do a great job keeping customers updated on repairs and other services. After meeting Aaron a few months ago and letting him know, we were interested in purchasing a new car in the Spring, he contacted us a week ago to inform us he had a Trailblazer in the color we were interested in purchasing. We appreciated the call and purchased our car in a few days. Aaron also has been available by phone to help with any questions we have had with learning a new vehicle. I found this truck online and drove from mi. to pick it up. Robert my sales man went above and beyond to send me tons of pictures and a video of everything on the truck. He also held it for me for 2 weeks until i could come and do the financing. Shane was my finance guy and he explained everything very well and didnt try to push a bunch of extra warranties on me.he brought them up and told me about them but was not pushy. So over all this was a A+ experience More
