I am extremely disappointment in this service department. First of all Junior was helping me with an oil consumption test, then he got sick and two other people helped in his absence who assured me they were First of all Junior was helping me with an oil consumption test, then he got sick and two other people helped in his absence who assured me they were working with Hyundai to get my vehicle taken care of. I was told one thing by this dealership and another from Hyundai Corporate. I feel that Swope took advantage of me being a woman and charged me for things they knew would not make a difference. At the end, I was told Hyundai denied my claim because I was over the mileage. Yet, when I made my first appointment, I was under the mileage and told them by the time of my appointment date, I would be over. So they knew that. Then the icing on the cake was when my son put a bad review on againsts them, I received a call from Monday, who first of all asked if I would have him take it down. Then she said, if I can get this taken care of for you, will you ask him. I told her if they made it right, I was sure he would take it down. She told me she would be in touch. A week later, I messaged and told her I was disappointed that I hadn't heard anything. That was a week ago ... so, two weeks and still crickets! I would not recommend them to anyone! More

If I could only pick negative stars Absolutely the worst service experience of my life. They never answer the phone. They have zero care about the customer. They would love nothing more Absolutely the worst service experience of my life. They never answer the phone. They have zero care about the customer. They would love nothing more than the chance to attempt to challenge your intelligence. After 5 visits and 3 months their superb intellect and care fixed absolutely nothing. If you need management involved they will be of no help. If you fell as though your warranty protects you do not visit this dealership unless you want a handful of regret and empty promises. If you are considering this dealership for anything I would look elsewhere. I thought sales mgmt would be of some assistance and even though initially it seemed promising again only a facade. I doubt this review will have a large impact however I hope others are treated with more respect/integrity than I was. I have a list of complaints and documentation over the past months as well as corporate complaints with nothing but discouragement and disappointment. Their goal is to get you to give up and go away after they have billed for warranty service. They suck Hyundai dry for cash only to not fix anything and waste your time and energy. They will tell you one thing and do another. This is this poster child for old school slime ball dealers/service depts. I hope no one else is treated this way ever. I have wasted time, energy, and money only to be right were I started due to the lackadaisical attitude that seemed to permeate this dealership. They will do everything but the RIGHT thing. More

We had even been to several dealerships, and found cars we were interested in. However, the sales people we had previously worked with were very pushy, some were even rude. This dealership was awesome! Jacob Lyons was open and honest, the finance staff were straight forward, and everyone was friendly without being pushy. We will definitely be coming back when it's time to trade in my vehicle. Definitely worth the hour drive for this level of service! More

Not happy Made a deal by phone without seeing car. Was happy with the deal because was told it was in near perfect condition. Salsman said it had been serviced and would have a full tank when we came. This is to be my daughters first car. I took off work and drove the 4 hours to get it because we could not even find a Veloster in our area. We arrived and my salesman had a bow on it and she loved it. Did the test drive and I heard a little noise inside but I knew the reviews said there would be noise. On the way home my wife drove it and she said at speed it roared. Thinking it was probably a tire out of balance I took it to my local shop. Not only did I not leave with a full tank of gas I had 4 tires out of balance and one bent rim. All of the tires were worn bad on the inside as well but you would have never known this unless you jacked it up because the car sits so low. Luckily it had a full size rim and tire as a spare. Swapped it out and on the road again. Now to save up so I can get some new tires. Love the car but not happy it wasn't serviced or inspected like I thought. Never again More
