The truck I ordered is not the truck I wanted. The truck pulls over 10,000 pounds but the hitch pulls 5,000 pounds. I had to add over $1,000 to the hitch to pull my trailer. We came in to trade in a vehicle for a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for a while. We had to mention that fact that we spent $50K on a truck rental next door to be treated like a human. From that point we waited until after 10PM (over 4 hours) to actually sign the agreement and leave with the car due to a finance manager calling out. Then, magically the "ford paperwork" could not be signed that night. When it was sent to me 2-3 days later guess what? THE PRICE CHANGED! The dealership was trying to 100% rip us off and charge $50 more per month for the vehicle! We were threatened to sign the documents quickly but luckily I noticed the discrepancy. Its been almost 4 weeks and they just paid off our trade in! We have been being hounded by the finance company daily! Still no permanent tag and our temp tag expires 6/13. I will never buy a car here again. Copying and pasting this to Google. More
