This dealership will make you actually enjoy purchasing a vehicle. After having a terrible experience with a different dealership, I was skeptical to say the least. From the moment I walked in until the moment I purchased my new vehicle, I felt appreciated as a customer. My salesman, Samir Reda was not pushy at all, which would have immediately turned me off of the sale. The sales manager, Mike, took the time to explain the options and answered all questions I had. The financing manager (I would type her name butttt I don't know how it is spelled, but she is fantastic!) was an absolute joy to sit with. This dealership makes you feel like your hanging out with family that just wants to see you happy and walk away with a deal. I highly recommend not only Samir, but the entire dealership for any and all of you car purchases. They definitely secured me as a return customer. More

I had purchased my Honda CR-V Hybrid from Suburban in Oct ‘23. I came back in Jan ‘24, & spoke with Svc mgr Jeff Smith, who was Extremely Helpful & Informative in answering a bundle of questions I had for h ‘23. I came back in Jan ‘24, & spoke with Svc mgr Jeff Smith, who was Extremely Helpful & Informative in answering a bundle of questions I had for him, & I drove away Completely Satisfied. So, on Wed 5/29/24, I drove in again, & asked for Jeff, so he could set up my 1st oil, filter & tire rotation (7,400mi). Jeff was off that day, but Brenden Miller was there, and checked to see the wait time for today. He returned & told me 1hr 10min, so I left my CR-V, and after 25min, Brenden announced that my car was ready! Brenden was the perfect “fill-in” for Jeff Smith, Both having excellent Customer Service Skills! My newest opinion of Suburban Honda is that “Every employee here should be teaching Customer Service Skills to Honda USA Corporate Staff! Suburban is the BEST!!…. More

Saw a great condition truck on their lot, went in and talked with Joey Pryor in sales. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the truck and the market. Got me more than a fair price and I ended talked with Joey Pryor in sales. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the truck and the market. Got me more than a fair price and I ended up taking the truck home that day! Traded in my old car and they gave me a great trade in value and got me into a great financial position. Jon was amazing from the start. He was the first to welcome me into the dealership even though he was working with multiple customers. He showed me the vehicle I came in to see then showed me two different models that met my family’s needs. Jon went above and beyond to get my vehicle appraised, broke down monthly payments and showed me the value of the vehicles with their benefits and features (in person and via YouTube). I’ve been to many Honda dealerships but never felt as valued as I did today. Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills has earned my business and it’s all thanks to Jon Quick. More
