In the past several cars purchased/leased here we always had a great sales experience. With the current, a 2019 Outback Prem, from the day we took delivery 5yrs ago the car horn randomly beeps,1, 2, 3 time had a great sales experience. At every service (only serviced at Morristown Subaru) I bring it up and they say they can find anything... Yesterday I took it to Hacketstown Subaru and within 60 sec of me describing the issue they knew there was an Aug 2022 notice that certain serial # of remote start module (added at Subaru before taking delivery) can cause this issue. They ordered the part and I'll have the car back in a day. I don't think Morristown could diagnose a flat tire at this point..... More

In my past dealer experiences I always felt like I was being forced a car, where here they kept checking in to see how I was feeling and making sure I didn't have buyers remorse. Jen Dugan was incredibly knowledgable, helping to figure out my wants and needs to find the right car. I came in split between leasing an Impreza, Crosstrek, or Forester - we looked at 6 different cars, reviewed 4 different lease options, and when I still was feeling uneasy about what to do, let me go back to square one. I walked in thinking I couldn't afford to buy right now, and walked out with owning a car I never thought was an option - my dream car. Even as I sat there debating buy v lease, Jen gave me pros and cons on each - she didn't make me feel pressured to buy something just because it would help her close a deal or make a quota. She wanted me to feel safe, happy, and confident in my decision. After I finished, Jen came out in the rain to help walk through every button of the car -- despite having a Forester for 3 years I hadn't known half of the things I could do! I had a 2018 Subaru Impreza that I traded in 2022 with just over 12,000 miles. I only got $14,000. I feel I could have received at least $20,000. The salesperson told me that it was over mileage, but this isn't true because I was averaging 3000 miles per year. I was told that I was locked in a deal. This salesperson said whatever he had to say to cheat me on this deal. This was all done after one of the salesmen asked my friend if I was "special," meaning slow. Sometime after the deal was done, I was very, very hurt. My friends kept telling me that I was cheated. I will never go to this dealership again. These people are awful. More
