Made an appointment for an oil change. The next day was my appointment went and checked in with Luis. My oil change took no more than 20 minutes tops. Everybody was very kind and nice. Great experience from calling to set the appointment to leaving with the service completed. I called on a Monday and the woman (I didn’t catch her name) I set the appointment with was friendly and was abl leaving with the service completed. When I arrived, Ray was quick to greet me and ensured my vehicle would be ready in time for me to get to work. I appreciated his friendly approach to business and was happy when my car was ready sooner than expected. On my way out both Ray and Ernesto made sure no cars were blocking the lane my car was parked in so I could leave promptly. Very happy customer! :) More
