Wanted a simple oil change. 90 minutes (jiffy lube…10 mins max and costs less). Still getting warning light…so I need to drop car for several hours to try and remedy it again…for a warranty item. Terrible “accommodations” of a waiting room for a place that takes too long to do simple service on your car…and not even fix it the first time. And there is a general malaise of the staff…no one attentive or making any effort to show customer service. Never had these experiences at any other car dealership service center in my life. I’m not a cranky “Karen” customer…this is just substandard. More
I was traveling and stopped here to get my oil changed. They recommended 2 other services and I gave the ok to do them. 1 1/2 hours later I see my truck in the parking lot. Went to pay and get back on the road and was told they had done the oil change and air filter then pulled it out and had not even stated the other services but would get it done in less then 30 minutes. Decided not to do it being it’s wasn’t anything That had to be done right away. I could have been almost 2 hours ahead . I was told they had a meeting about batteries and that I blame management for. Making your service departing stop everything to talk about something that could be talked about before opening or after close, not when you have customers waiting More
I have always been greeted by friendly representatives; however, my problem was after I left my first visit. Just trying to obtain a simple form was a nightmare. I called several times to get a diagnostic list that I lost after I left. My representative was Alex or Alexis I couldn't contact her afterwards. Anyway, when I finally got the list and brought my car back for one of the repairs listed, turns out, I was quoted the wrong prices. Two of the service cost were double what I was given. Thanks to John Anderson, the second sales rep, I believe that I was given the correct prices, labor and parts. I was mislead and this created a horrible experience for me. More
This dealership is awesome…especially Geoffrey Randall. I traded in a 2021 Tahoe Z71 on February 14 for an LT that came with a lot of standard features but gold emblems and too much chrome and 2 wheel driv I traded in a 2021 Tahoe Z71 on February 14 for an LT that came with a lot of standard features but gold emblems and too much chrome and 2 wheel drive. Within 36 hours I didn’t like it, and knew I didn’t want it. Thus began our continued journey in finding what I wanted. It took a few weeks; but I was honest and told Mr. Randall what I wanted. 2 and a half months later he called to let me know they were getting an all white Tahoe Z71 with NO chrome, and it was mine if I wanted it. And of course I did! All the trimming is black with black leather interior. All the emblems are black. And it even has TVs. Also, Charlie in finance, was very easy to work with. I’ve even taken my daughter there for a trade in and she’s satisfied. Steve Rayman came through for me. More
