We sent my nephew to this dealership to get a new truck, thinking they would do him right...but boy were we wrong!! The truck he went in to buy was a 2022 Nissan Frontier for $24k. It had been wrecked & nee thinking they would do him right...but boy were we wrong!! The truck he went in to buy was a 2022 Nissan Frontier for $24k. It had been wrecked & needed work done. He had a nice trade in as well & after their offer he had over $1000 left over to put towards the truck....which would have made the truck $23k. After all was said & done, they told him he would be financing $32,000. I'm not a mathematician or anything, but I'm thinking $9,000 in fees is OVER THE TOP. Apparently they snuck in some "program" that the dealership sells. He doesn't need ANY EXTRA program/dealer warranty being that Nissan AUTOMATICALLY offers a warranty on their used vehicles. It would make absolutely no sense to purchase thousands of dollars worth of extra xx. solutely took advantage of someone that didn't know to watch out for these extra fees dealerships try to sneak into the paperwork. Pretty shady if you ask me. Not to mention he STILL hasn't been sent the paperwork explaining what these extra fees were. Definitely will be telling friends, family & Co workers about this experience so that they don't have to go through this. More
Whatever you do, if you are a Nissan owner, do not ever, EVER take your car to South Houston Nissan. Too many issues to even list right now, but the first and foremost issue is being without a car for almos EVER take your car to South Houston Nissan. Too many issues to even list right now, but the first and foremost issue is being without a car for almost three days when my Nissan extended warranty I purchased covers a loaner vehicle or rental while my car is in the shop for extended warranty covered repairs. Then there’s the discrepancy in the inspection reports for my car was in the shop last month where they tried to pressure me immensely to get this brake job done because they said my brake pads were so bad that it was about to mess up my rotors, yet this service tech rated my brake pads and my rotors in good condition. So, my brake pads magically grew in size and my rotors are fine without anybody touching them? It makes it very hard for me to trust what any of their service department says. Also, telling me that it is impossible for the extended warranty covered part that went bad to ruin my battery, which is not covered, which I then proved to them is literally what will happen. Not to mention the other contradictions and the fact that when they called to tell me my car was ready, the guy quoted me $80 more than what was on the invoice I guess he forgot was attached to an e-mail he had sent me. Numerous calls and messages to the GM have gone unreturned, but they obviously don’t know how persistent I can be. I will never return to this dealership and will make sure to warn anybody else about them! More

THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM SOUTH HOUSTON this dealership sells certified cars that are still in need of major service. I purchased a Certified 2019 Nissan Armada on 09/28/2023 and it was my un dealership sells certified cars that are still in need of major service. I purchased a Certified 2019 Nissan Armada on 09/28/2023 and it was my understanding that certified meant all things were a go (oil, brakes, etc.) yet after arriving home I felt "some type of way" and took my vehicle to Sterling McCall Nissan to have it checked out. On, October 3rd Sterling McCall performed a routine check and the vehicle was in need of 4 items (an oil change, a tire rotation, a brake flush along with four sets of brakes). How is this possible when I specifically requested a certified vehicle because per the Nissan website "CPO vehicles are used Nissan cars, trucks, and SUVs that have a clean, non-branded title and that pass a comprehensive inspection. Nissan requires these cars to be less than 6 years old from the initial in-service date and have fewer than 80,000 miles on the odometer." Any lay person would assume that a comprehensive inspection would mean that the brakes were good, that the vehicle wasn’t in need of an oil change and that the tires had been rotated. Yet this isn’t what happened. In fact this certified vehicle had four red flags attached to it when the routine maintenance check was performed at Sterling McCall Nissan and after notifying South Houston over three days ago (one via overnight delivery) I still haven't heard a word from this dealership. To all you potential car buyers out there, imagine if the dealership sells a certified vehicle that is need of repairs what they will sell you? Desperate times call for desperate actions and this dealership is all about the MONEY not the service. Would I shop here again - NEVER Would I recommend this dealership or the sales person to my worst enemy - NO Bypass this dealership and look for one that is better at revealing details rather than hiding. Absolutely the worst car dealership in Houston. They flat out lie to you over the phone on an advertised vehicle and make you drive to dealership all the way to gulf Fwy and then change the price b They flat out lie to you over the phone on an advertised vehicle and make you drive to dealership all the way to gulf Fwy and then change the price by more than 20% when you get there. Do not believe anything that they advertise or anything that they tell you over phone. It is all lies. I have bought a lot of new cars in my lifetime and have never encountered this level of bait and switch. More
