My car was recalled as a result of a manufacturer concern with the engine. I was told they have no loaner cars, but I would not have a car for three months. It took five days to learn what was wrong with my with the engine. I was told they have no loaner cars, but I would not have a car for three months. It took five days to learn what was wrong with my car. It took 9 phone calls to get an answer. The lack of assistance in getting a rental car and the inability for anyone to support is unbelievable. I will not buy another car from this dealership. More

Long story short, my mother, sister and brother-in-law attempted to purchase a vehicle for my mother just prior to the new year. You should know that this was probably the worst dealer experience I've ever been a part of. We had an agreed upon price for a new Elantra but that changed when they came back to finalize the deal. The salesman wouldn't honor the price and also wanted my mother to sign the documents without the final price shown. Luckily, my brother-in-law stepped in and stopped the transaction As the deal unraveled and my family was leaving, the salesman told us that he would reach out to the owner and that we should expect a call from him before the end of the day...I'm guessing that he was referring to you. We never received a call from anyone. Theres more but I've wasted enough time on this sour experience. I'm going to clean up the details of this time suck and post it on Yelp, Google Reviews, etc. Sincerely, .... If this is the way they handle themselves prior to us purchasing a vehicle, imagine how much less they'll care after the fact. This place really needs to take a lesson in customer service. More
Had a wonderful experience 3 years ago at their old location so I kept going for service at the new location. Service takes longer than quoted more often than not and the sales guys have made me very u location so I kept going for service at the new location. One time while I was getting an oil change they tried to get me to sell, he showed me the exact same car I already owned...then gave me a sob story about his family needing the commission and his boss would be mad if he didn't get me to at least run the numbers. Second time I brought my sister to shop for a new car, sales guy just stared at her chest the whole time, told us he liked our "vibe" and was super creepy so we left while he was getting more information on a car. Third and final time I came in for a trade in quote for my car, guy I was going to meet was busy so I was handed off to someone else who was very cold and rude, especially when I said I wouldn't be buying same day and would be back the next day as I had another appointment. Third strike was it for me, Daniel my original guy was amazing, kind and didn't feel like you were getting screwed over but unfortunately he's moved away and no longer there. Will not be returning to this dealership, the one in Concord and one in Fort Mill are smaller but way better experience. *Update* They had a woman reach out to me, asking what's the one thing they could do to work with me again, I responded and it's been almost two weeks and no response. I responded one last time and still no response for almost a week, I'll be sure that my self and all my local family and friends will not be coming back here. More
this is the worst dealership to shop with, first, they don't welcome they let you wait for 30-40 minutes and they assign you a salesperson, you ask a question to that person they let you stay and disappea don't welcome they let you wait for 30-40 minutes and they assign you a salesperson, you ask a question to that person they let you stay and disappear for an hour or 2 and come back with a quote, no knowledge about car specs. I don't know what kind of training they get and you keep asking questions they let you wait longer, finally, we were called after 4 hours to finish the buying process, don't even try to go to this place , not even by mistake. Traded in my suv on a 2023 Mercedes with about 7500 miles. Finished all the paperwork after closing and left as all of the staff were rushing out the door. Immediately got a warning message on the dash right before leaving the lot. Immediately started calling the dealership, my salesperson, the service department and leaving messages with everyone. Two days later and still no response. I have been calling everyone. They are all too busy to take my calls. And apparently too busy to return my calls. They all were in my face during the buying process but now they are Houdinis. Obviously they don’t care about long term relationships. This review applies to the entire dealership from the salespeople including Shakiya and Fred to the service department to include the service manager to the dealership management/ownership. Please read and take to heart all negative reviews. Don’t let a few positive comments outweigh the negative ones. It’s almost always impossible to get that bad taste out of your mouth and having to live with a bad experience/ situation/ outcome for years. Be very careful. Better yet, steer clear of this franchise. More

Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my experience buying a vehicle at this dealership. Their only concern is taking your money. There was ZERO communication on their end, I genuinely thought I was getting scammed. I could list out 100+ examples of how terrible their customer service was, but please, just take your business elsewhere. I received 0 accommodations and not a single apology. They are greedy, they are cowards, and more importantly, they are not worth the headache. Phil (Salesman) and Miguel (Floor Manager) -- do better. More
I would like to thank my service advisor Jose and service manager Ron for their great support to fix complex AC problem in my Hyundai Sonata car. Earlier I was charged $3000 to fix my AC but it was still not manager Ron for their great support to fix complex AC problem in my Hyundai Sonata car. Earlier I was charged $3000 to fix my AC but it was still not working when keys were delivered to me on last Saturday. This issue had happened because Jose was out sick on that day and some other service advisor was not sure on what to check before calling me to pick up my car. When I talked to service manager Ron on Monday about this experience, he was very co-operative and understanding. He quickly apologized for confusion caused on Saturday in absence of Jose. He assured me that AC would be fixed without any additional charges of labor and any parts. Jose returned to work on Tuesday and from there on handled my car very well. He frequently kept me updated on my car’s status. Finally my car was fixed on Thursday after multiple diagnosis tests. Jose quickly called me to inform this. I picked up my car without paying any additional charge for additional labor and part which was replaced to fix AC problem. I really thank Jose and Ron for their excellent customer service and support. I would definitely come back and work with Jose for my future services or any mechanical problem in my car. More

After calling the dealership this morning, speaking to Phillip Oden, I let him know I had a lease I was looking to sell to the dealer. Strait sell and walk away. I let him know other dealers had made offers and the details on what I was looking to do. After driving from Gastonia to South Charlotte, wasting an hour and a half of my time, they finally let me know that management that afternoon was only interested in me basically refinancing. Which wasn’t what I had said I wanted to do. They “just decided” they weren’t interested in what I had clearly discussed on the phone with them. Convenient. All that just to get someone in the door and waste time. We all have things to do. Respect goes a long way, you’d think a company would realize that. More
