I received your email following up and offering to talk. However, there’s really not anything more for me to say. There’s no misunderstanding with what happened. My paperwork says left front tire wall nail cannot be plugged. My mechanic found nothing in any tires. I trust him implicitly. I no longer trust your service department at all. I suggest you look at trends of how your service department is increasing revenue.
