I called the service manager and the service advisor left them a voicemail explaining why I wasn’t happy and what was going on and still no call back. I have been a Sjyline Ford customer for 30+ years. This south salem location often leaves me feeling like just a number. They need to expand their service center to deal with FORD’s reoccurring service issues.
