I was very happy with my experience with Sid Dillon in Crete, NE. I sent an email to Adam Raun, the Sales Manager, explaining why I was looking for a vehicle and what I was looking for, including price ra Crete, NE. I then received an email soon after that listed 7 possible vehicles that matched the description of what I wanted and asked me to select my top 2-3 and set a time for test driving them at my convenience. Since one of the vehicles was on another Sid Dillon lot in Wahoo they needed a day to have it in Crete for me, which they did. I test drove my top two choices and selected the one I wanted, and then set up a time for the next afternoon so that my wife could join me in seeing the vehicle and jointly make the purchase as we always do together. Just yesterday I took the car in for my first service call: an oil and filter change. It went just as I'd expected and I will continue to use them for my car's servicing needs. Top to bottom and in all facets it was as good as an experience as I've had at a car dealership. I wish I could remember the finance person we met with to finalize the sale because he also did a great job in the one area of car buying that I have never enjoyed. Highly recommended. More

My 2013 F-150 ecoboost was running rough so I took it in to Sid Dillon Ford to have some work done to it. Patrick was extremely knowledgable about the issues I was describing and recommended that we replace to Sid Dillon Ford to have some work done to it. The technician confirmed his suspicions and performed the work on the truck. Before, I could feel the truck shuddering from misfires and after they finished it was running like new. It even got better fuel economy on my drive back to Lincoln. I assure you, it is worth the drive to Crete to make sure you and your Ford are taken care of. I couldn't be happier with Ford service at Sid Dillon. 10/10 More

My niece was interested in purchasing a pickup from Sid Dillon that she found online. She called to confirm that it was still available with them before we left because we live an hour away and Jeremy John Dillon that she found online. When we got there we were informed that it was sold. What a terrible way to do business!!! I wouldn’t trust anything that these people say because they proved their word isn’t any good! However we did stop at Meyers Automotive in Seward and purchased a pickup on our way back home. Don’t waist your time with Sid Dillon. More
