Our Manager, Philip, has also tried to work with you during this process. We had your vehicle in service and gave you a loaner car and tried to work with you the best we could. We weren't able to duplicate the issue. In the end we offered to trade your vehicle in and ended u p just purchasing your vehicle. Thank you.
