Recently Purchased Honda Passport. ....Salesperson was nice guy as well as the finance gent both were very friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. Now for the way they delivered the car it was not cleaned nor was it serviced appropriately. It was (1) low on antifreeze and (2) both air filters (engine and cabin) were filthy and should have been changed (which required me to purchase and replace). As an aside the valve stem covers were missing or non-matching (they did fix that before we took the car. There was no MAYBE above so I hit YES. BUT would caution buyers to make sure you inspect the vehicle thoroughly and be your own advocate don't take anything for granted. More

I purchased a used vehicle from them and was told that this vehicle had a clean car fax report and had never been in an accident. I was shown a carfax report that said no accidents. This was apparently not the carfax report for my vehicle as I was looking to trade the vehicle in at a different dealership and discovered that the vehicle had 2 reported accidents that had occurred before I purchased the vehicle. I was also told that this vehicle did not have any issues, but I ended up having to pay over $900 for a safety issue to be repaired within 2 weeks of purchasing this vehicle. We also discovered that there was a vacuum hose that was not attached properly. I do not recommend Shelor to anyone and I will not be doing business with them in the future. More

I went to Shelor’s to buy my husband a truck as a surprise. I had a great experience with Kris Roop. The sales manager Josh Stoker picked out a truck for me to try. I loved it. He wanted me to take the truck home and make sure it’s what my husband would want. My husband fell in love with it! Monday am I contacted Kris and told him I was coming to sign the papers. After driving from Vinton to christiansburg, I was told that the price was wrong for that truck. They coincidentally lost the agreement that I had signed. Donnie the sales manager would not make things right. I was always told to never buy from shelor and I should have listened. my husband was so upset that the surprise was no longer true and we basically had been stolen from. Worst experience of my life. I feel more than violated!!! More
