I bought a used CRV and the process was very easy. Kia was courteous and helpful. When initially looked at the vehicle it had a cigarette smoke smell. I was told the upholstery had been vacuumed but Kia was courteous and helpful. When initially looked at the vehicle it had a cigarette smoke smell. I was told the upholstery had been vacuumed but not shampooed. I was assured upholstery would be shampooed when I picked up the vehicle to help with the smoke smell. Needless to say, when we picked up the vehicle it was not shampooed as further evidenced by the dirty water when I had to shampoo it myself. I was also assured a new cabin filter would be installed. After returning home, I had the filter checked and found out it had NOT been replaced. Personally, I probably would not have the vehicle serviced at Saratoga as I now lack confidence they will perform the work they agree to do. Disappointing since the rest of our experience was positive. More

Saratoga Honda is by far the best dealership in the capital district. I recently had service on my 2013 Honda Pilot. I was warmly greeted by the staff. I was most impressed by my Service Advisor Bria capital district. I recently had service on my 2013 Honda Pilot. I was warmly greeted by the staff. I was most impressed by my Service Advisor Brian McMullen. He reviewed the work to be completed and once work was completed he went over all work that was completed. I was most impressed by the technician who took a video of work being completed. Was a nice feature that was provided to me. I found the entire staff was very polite and professional to me. I have used Saratoga Honda to not only buy all my cars there, I have all my service down there as well. The honestly, integrity and all they do is top notch. On top of the excellent service, the dealership is extremely clean and comfortable to be in as you wait for service to be completed.
