From sales to service this dealership is outstanding! Just leased our second Cadillac. John Nassour in sales, once again, made the whole process so easy for me. Horrible dealership. I went to pick up a brand new Lyriq and I was given a car that had several dents that needed a body shop repair. I was given an appointment for the n I went to pick up a brand new Lyriq and I was given a car that had several dents that needed a body shop repair. I was given an appointment for the next week to have the car repaired. Two weeks pass and I’m told the car is ready and I once again go to pick up the car and notice a new dent on the passenger side that was touched up with what appeared to be a different color paint. I am instructed to leave the car again for repair and this time would be faster . Now I’m told after a week that it is going to take at least another week. Over a month I’ve owed the car and I had it a handful of days. I traded in a beautiful car for this. The car also had a charging issue and needed an update the day I took it. I honestly don’t know if that’s been repaired because I haven’t had it since. More
