Santa Monica BMW - Service Center

Went in for a 30,000 mile tune up and odd noise in my car…. Was charged $266 just to do the diagnostic even though I paid an arm and a leg for the “platinum” extended warranty thru BMW. Then was told it car…. Was charged $266 just to do the diagnostic even though I paid an arm and a leg for the “platinum” extended warranty thru BMW. Then was told it would cost over $3000 to do all the repairs necessary, and none of it was covered under my warranty🤷🏻‍♀️ When I declined the extra services…. My car came back with even worse noise and they didn’t even wash my car (which they normally do after a service…… Very disappointing experience More
