In 2023 my Ram TRX got stolen while it was at this dealership getting serviced and never did the General Manager or Owner reach out to me. I never got an apology or even acknowledgement that something dealership getting serviced and never did the General Manager or Owner reach out to me. I never got an apology or even acknowledgement that something terrible happened while my vehicle was in their possession. In June 2023, my truck started to have an issue with the screen that resides in the front of the cabin where the HVAC and the rest of the tech is integrated. This also caused the AC to blow hot air and for my window button to not work, which left me in a hot truck in Texas and was pretty miserable. So I took it to San Antonio CJDR where I bought my truck in May of 2022 and always had it serviced there as well. After 2 attempts to correct the issue, they finally diagnosed that the body control module needed to be replaced. They told me that the part needed was on back order and that they would let me know when the part came in. So I waited and it took about 3 weeks for my part to get delivered. On Friday, July 8 2023 I received a text from my service advisor that the part came in and would be installed the next day and I should be able to pick it up on Saturday July 9th. Well, I never got a call from them or a text and I worked that Sunday and Monday. I called and texted, called and texted and never got a response to voicemails I left or texts sent to my service advisor. However, Tuesday was my day off and I went down to the dealer to check on my truck because it was supposed to be ready on the previous Saturday. Upon arrival at SA CJDR, I walked into the service area, introduced myself, and inquired on the status of my truck. So the service manager walks me back to his office and tells me that he nor any of his employees can locate my truck. When they went to repair it on Saturday they could not locate it . So Saturday goes by, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and they couldn’t call me? When were they gonna tell me? We’re they hoping I just didn’t come in to inquire? I had to go up there and have them call me into their office to be informed it was stolen. It had been gone for 3 weeks and stolen in broad daylight with employees walking buy as the theft took place. This truck was my dream truck…I had it perfect the way I had it and just like that, it was gone!! Why did they know it was missing for 3 days and not inform me or the police? Why did it take me going down there to be told that my truck was missing? These are all questions that lead me to believe this was a cover up or they just didn’t care. More
Had a recall on my vehicle June 2023. I took it in for standard Maintenace and asked if they could fix the recall issue. They did not have the parts on hand and said they would call when I took it in for standard Maintenace and asked if they could fix the recall issue. They did not have the parts on hand and said they would call when available. Fast forward to Apr 2024, still no call. I took my truck in on Monday about 345pm to make sure the software was up to date. Turns out it was not, another recall for software update needed to be done. I asked if the part for the previous recall was available, and low and behold they had the part on hand. I asked how long it would take to complete the repairs for the recalls. The answer, two to three days. Ok so if it takes that long, do i get a loaner or rental vehicle? They said they would cover the cost and could organize a rental from Enterprise and have it ready the next morning. The only cavate was it need to be a dodge, jeep or Chrysler vehicle. The next morning, I arrived at 0730 to drop off my truck. Chris the service advisor did not organize the rental. So now they are struggling to get me a rental. Which of course Enterprise had no dodge jeep Chrysler products on hand. So now I have to rent a car out of pocket last minute so i can get to work. My impression of the service department is they are disorganized, lazy and lack leadership. The customer is not the top priority. All though the service department manager made a late effort to correct the issues it was still not resolved. They had an oh well attitude. I will not be returning to this dealership for service. I just hope they don't screw up the recall repairs. More

My vehicle was at their shop in Sept for an alignment, after a month or so, it begins having issues with pulling and wearing tires from the inside. The advisor Briana had not contacted me about the status of repairs, once I called her, she told me that the tires needed to be replaced, and once that was done, the technician would be able to diagnose the problem. When I questioned why I had to spend $2000 before the Tech could tell me what was wrong, she never returned my call. The shop manager then called me to tell me the same thing, that the problem was how badly my tires were worn out. Yes, they were but they were being incorrectly worn out from the inside of the tires which is an indicator of something wrong with the alignment at best, if not the suspension. When he realized I wasn't falling for their excuses, he had his manager call me and give me the same story. After a long discussion, he agreed that an indication of the tires being worn out that way; was an alignment problem. He was dismissive, condescending, rude and even said "If we find that this is due to your negligence, I am going to charge you for every cent spent". I told him fine, and I wanted a report on what was checked. The next day, the GM called me, telling me they couldn't find anything wrong and believed that the only issue was the tires having all that wear and tear. When I requested the printout of the alignment check that was done and also a printout of the alignment that was done in Sept 2023, HE CHANGED HIS TUNE IMMEDIATELY. Very friendly and almost as if he was doing me a favor, claimed that because we were returning customers, the Dealership would buy the tires for me, install and align them. When I refused and again requested the printouts of the alignments done by their dealership mechanics. He admitted that those reports were lost and couldn't get them. What a coincidence!!! The dealership and its shop employees either are not doing the work they are charging its customers or are doing bad work that is causing further damage to vehicles. Either way, they would much rather put the blame on the owner, than admit their fault. If it wasn't because I was not accepting their explanations, I would have bought the tires, they would have aligned them, and I would never know that the Dealership was the responsible one for the damage to my vehicle. Had a problem with the odometer on our 2019 Jeep Cherokee flashing, which is supposed to indicate some type of problem. Would not stop. Took it to SA CDJR. They had the vehicle for a week, but could never flashing, which is supposed to indicate some type of problem. Would not stop. Took it to SA CDJR. They had the vehicle for a week, but could never tell us what the real issue was. Finally, they called and said we could pick it up. We had a warranty from Carmax where we purchased the vehicle ... they wouldn't honor it. It cost us $750 to retrieve our Jeep, which has all of 30,000 miles on it. Yes, the odometer no longer flashes, but we have no idea what was really wrong or what we paid for. We feel it was just another dealership scam. They said they test drove the car, but over 1/4 tank of gas was used, there were crumbs all over the inside of the car, it looked like they went 4 wheeling, and when we picked it up, it was filthy all over ... the tires indicated thaty had been down a white dusty road somewhere. Honestly, you should avoid taking your vehicle there for and diagnostic work or repair. Both of us have attempted to contact the services manager and they don't even have the common courtesy to return our call. Beware of this dealership and service department. More
Liars, the lot of them. Took my car in after speaking to a receptionist to book a service appointment. She related that it could be 24-72 hours before the car gets looked at. 5 days later, I called only to find out my service rep had resigned. No one bothered to call me. The service manager got on the phone and began telling me that my service rep had been sick and that his work had to be parsed out to others. "Sick", I said? "I thought he quit." The guy was so full of it. Not missing a beat he assured me that my car would be looked at the next day and that he'd call me. Turns out the car was never looked at and that he wasn't working the next day. Nice. More
I have a Mopar Maximum Care Plan, and I am entitled to rent a car, and this dealership put me in a merry-go-round and did not honor my entitlement to rent a car; I almost lost my job for no means of trans rent a car, and this dealership put me in a merry-go-round and did not honor my entitlement to rent a car; I almost lost my job for no means of transportation. I called Mopar, the dealership responsible for a rental cars, and asked how long it would take them to repair the truck. I will write an email to BBB to make sure this kind of behavior will not go unpunished. BTW, I called the service manager and left a message, and he or the operational manager did not reply. There was no point in making an appointment if it was going to take 2 hours anyway. I understand people are busy, but appointments should take priority.
