They sold me a car. Told me they had done their certified checklist on the vehicle and found nothing wrong. Told me it would be under their warranty as a certified car a Told me they had done their certified checklist on the vehicle and found nothing wrong. Told me it would be under their warranty as a certified car and also would have a 100 day 100% parts and service agreement if we bought it. Then came back and said it wouldn’t be a certified vehicle but they would honor the 100 day 100% parts and service agreement. 2 weeks later check engine light comes on and only driven a couple hundred miles. Took it back to the dealership, they wouldn’t honor their word on the 100 day warranty, wouldn’t pay or offer anything to fix the problems which basically will add 3K to the price I paid for the vehicle. Now, I have tried to have a meeting with the GM of sales to remedy the situation and he is either at lunch or won’t call me back. Stay away from this dealership!! They will lie to get you in a car and then not take any responsibility for selling you a bad car! I thought I was going to a reputable dealership to buy a vehicle for my daughter and now left with a sour taste in my mouth. Again, stay away from this dealership. More
