Do not trust this service department. I worry for all the people that aren't mechanically savvy. I've had several issues over the years with them not fixing the problems and claiming pro I worry for all the people that aren't mechanically savvy. I've had several issues over the years with them not fixing the problems and claiming problems are from something else and always trying to charge for things that aren't the problem. My latest problem I took to another dealership to diagnos and have them fix however due to the extended warranty I had to take it back to slv gmc. I told them the problem, provided the other dealers paperwork checked with the parts department to make sure part was in and left vehicle with them. 4 hrs later I was called told I needed tires and that was problem, I assured them it wasn't it had already been diagnosed and wanted it repaired regardless of the tires. 4 days later picked up the vehicle to find they replaced the opposite sides part and was told noise was still there because of tires. Next day replaced tires and still the problem. These guys are under qualified to be diagnosing vehicles and repairing. I do not recommend to anyone their service department. By far not my first incident with them. More

First thing he did was ask us what we wanted in a truck. What we were going to ;use it for and when we let him know he went to work looking for the best fit for us. These guys charged me a $2000 upcharge on the truck I ordered. I signed the agreement, put down the deposit and have been waiting for months. Now they inform me GMC has increased the MSRP $1850. I'm h ordered. I signed the agreement, put down the deposit and have been waiting for months. Now they inform me GMC has increased the MSRP $1850. I'm held to the $2000 nonrefundable deposit but GMC can change the price?? What kind of an agreement is that? How about doing the right thing and waiving the $2000 dealer upcharge? Seems to me the honest and credible thing to do for your customers. More
When we arrived at Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC, Ben Beuhler greeted us and made us feel welcome. We also worked with Brandon Dodd whom we found to be friendly and thorough. When we found the car we wanted we dreaded the typical long wait to see the finance manager and braced ourselves for up sales and playing hide and go seek with unexpected charges. But it didn’t happen. We were quickly invited in and were shown all charges in a very clear manner and were out the door in about 10 minutes. After we were introduced to the service manager we were taken to our new ‘22 Buick Envision. We love the car and were pleasantly surprised by the purchasing experience. More
This dealership tried to hide add-ons to our loan. Thankfully, the lender alerted me. I reached out to the salesman, Randy, who was completely unapologetic. I repeatedly told him I did not want any warranties or other add-ons. I was asked to sign on an iPad and was unable to read the information I was signing. I asked if what I was signing was just for the loan amount. I was reassured by Randy. It has been three months that I have been fighting this matter and finally received my $5,000 check to reimburse me for the add-ons I never wanted in the first place. In addition, the used vehicle I bought has had many problems and has been in the shop several times in the past 3 months. More

**** Please, Please Read this before you buy from this dealer!!!!!! This Dealer is Super Shady! This company pulled a bait and switch with me today! 8 weeks ago I ordered a truck based on the build shee dealer!!!!!! This Dealer is Super Shady! This company pulled a bait and switch with me today! 8 weeks ago I ordered a truck based on the build sheet and the MSRP price that they represented! That was all that was discussed at the time we surrendered our deposit. Once the truck showed up we had to ask multiple times for the truck payoff info. (Fees, DH and taxes) Shaun, our sales man then informed me that they mark up all there trucks 5k over sticker and that I would be paying another 5k over what we were given! After having a conversation with him over this he advised me that he was going to have a conversation with his boss about the matter. Well, after not getting a return phone call I had to call back the following day to find out what was going on. I was then told they weren’t going to honor the price and that they would refund my deposit back. This place is shady, I will NEVER do business at this GMC dealer. To flat out lie and not be transparent is bad business in my opinion. More
Had a 2020 Chevy truck that has a lot of issues was told to trade it in instead of doing a buy and and was told they would help take care of me. Was offered $6 less than trade in value and they added $6 k t to trade it in instead of doing a buy and and was told they would help take care of me. Was offered $6 less than trade in value and they added $6 k to the msrp of the new truck!! Worst. Service !! More
