On March 30th, I took my car to Denville Infiniti, and the staff was amiable. They were helpful and took my vehicle In because of a blown engine. Joe from service is very respectful and values his custome the staff was amiable. They were helpful and took my vehicle In because of a blown engine. Joe from service is very respectful and values his customers' time. He kept me updated on everything happening with my car without me having to call him. I would definitely recommend. Joe, through no fault of his own, had to ask me if the car was purchased certified because he shared that the transaction was not properly recorded to reflect that fact in the dealer data base. He actuall car was purchased certified because he shared that the transaction was not properly recorded to reflect that fact in the dealer data base. He actually had to ask the sales manager to confirm because he, understandably, couldn't take my word for it. That's a poor customer experience and didn't leave feeling confident that your record would be updated/correced. I hope to be proven wrong at next free service appointment. More
