Tin welcomed us, did a quick walkaround our vehicle, checked us in at his desk, kept us updated about our vehicle, and checked us out once our vehicle was ready. He has great customer service! Tin exceeded our expectations compared to the other service advisors we have worked with. We are now looking forward to working with him when we take our vehicle to get serviced.
