Man, let me tell you about my trip to this dealership. I thought I was gonna score a great deal on a car, but it was a total mess. I had to hang around for two whole hours because they hadn't even smog checked it yet. And those add-ons they're so keen on selling? Turns out they're optional, despite them acting like they're a must-have. And when I tried to push back, the manager hit me with some lame excuse about it costing more to remove them later. Yeah, right. Plus, they were super vague about financing, making us wait forever. My first car-buying experience was a total letdown, especially after seeing all those rave reviews. Disappointment doesn't even begin to cover it. More

Service Department billed 4 services on 9/21/2021 wiping out my Toyoguard Extended warranty. Their service advisor took pictures of my service record showing this occurred. It’s been 2 years and at least 5 out my Toyoguard Extended warranty. Their service advisor took pictures of my service record showing this occurred. It’s been 2 years and at least 5 cases at Toyota and it’s still not resolved. I need my services I purchased the warranty and they stole them billing them all when service was not done. Less than one star I’ve purchased 8 Toyotas in 23 years. Never again. They are the worst. Broke my lug nuts and charged me. Service department bills your warranty when you weren’t even there. More

I bought a 2024 Tundra Platinum Hybrid 4x4 Long bed from Roseville Toyota on 2/28/24. The sales experience was horrible. It was the traditional sleazy salesman bait and switch tactics that have plagued the industries for decades. I originally tried to do the new Toyota SmartPath and they do not respect the process at all, it's a joke. The salesman Joseph Pierce lied to me over the phone by telling me one price and then retracting it once I was there in person. We had an appointment, but he didn't show up and passed me off to someone else who had no idea why I was there and what as told to me. Joseph told me they will do $4600 off my Tundra and when I got there they denied it and tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary crap that I had no interest in. I showed them the text messages where Joseph admitted it and said specifically, they would do $4600 off trucks that had been sitting for 21 days on the phone but he round about denied it. Then in the same conversation he threw in my face that I didn't have it in writing, so I was basically xxxx out of luck. The fact he admitted he said it, but I didn't have it in writing to prove it because they don't do that shows he has no integrity, and his word means nothing. The truck I bought was there for 28 days so it met his guidelines, but I still didn't get what he told me he would give me. The salesman caught in the middle, named Mohammad, was great and the closer JD was a nice guy and expressed his disappointment in these tactics and was visibly disgusted as I showed him the text messages. The finance manage Roman was also great. I would not recommend anyone ever deal with Joseph Pierce. More
