Good vehicles, good luck getting them serviced You can never get an appointment for service at this dealership. It takes at least a month to get in to their service center. They do a great job sell You can never get an appointment for service at this dealership. It takes at least a month to get in to their service center. They do a great job selling and leasing vehicles and pushing you out the door into a vehicle, but they are not able to service them at all. At best, you are looking at 2 weeks to get in for something simple. At worst, it could be two months or more. I gave up bringing my vehicle to this dealer and went with an independent shop that is able to get me in within a day for most service. More

The sales person and I did the did the build using the Mercedes Benz on line website. The MSRP at the time of the build was $111,780. A few months later I received a letter from the dealer that the final price before tax and title would be $119,305. I decided to cancel the lease and requested a full refund. The sales person stated that my deposit was nonrefundable. I requested to speak to the owner and I was told he was not available to speak to me. More

When I was scheduled to pick up the car new, no one was willing to run thru how to operate. I had to replace tires at 25000. At 30000 required two major repairs which the dealership and corporate Were a night mare to work with. The corporate rep lied and I can prove it. Both times over the past month when I got the car back from the an expensive repair it did not run right and check engine light came on both times, and took a month to get in for service. Second repair expensive, car was there for a week. I picked it up at 4 pm. Turned it on at 730 am the next morning still running poorly and a check engine light. Then the next day another alarm. Needless to say DO NOT BUY FROM ROMANO. You will regret your purchase. Will never buy another Benz More

SCAMMING SENIOR CITIZENS This business charged my mother - 78 years old and drives only a couple of thousand miles per year - $2500 for new tires and spark plugs. Failed to Disclose BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE!!!! Recently purchased a new Mercedes from this dealer. Was told that the vehicle I had purchased had the options I requested BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE!!!! Recently purchased a new Mercedes from this dealer. Was told that the vehicle I had purchased had the options I requested i.e Navigation, Bluetooth and Blind spot Monitoring, only to find out at delivery of the vehicle that the navigation system was an after market Garmin system that isn't compatible with the factory installed Bluetooth system. Since I had already traded in by vehicle I had little choice but to accept the car. After complaining to Mercedes (a complete waste of time) and complaining to the dealers customer service I received a call from the GM Murad Abdel ( who sold me the car) offering to reimburse me for the cost of the aftermarket system, a check which has failed to show up in my mailbox as yet. The GM uses deceptive sales practices to push out cars and should be held accountable by someone in the Mercedes organization. More

He goes out of his way to deal with my questions/queries, gives me way more time than he should, and thats why I keep going back. Mark Bono the General Manager, he has always given me a great deal, he's rewarded my loyalty by being transparent with the numbers, getting me the right car, given me great purchasing advice, and will not be beaten for my business. John Bruno the Service Manager is the best, no messing around, no up-selling, no 'extra' bits need fixing - great guy. My next Mercedes will be my 8th (6th from Romano, 2 in the UK), I will be staying with Romano. More
