I went there with a pre approved loan and vehicle already picked out. I spoke with a person named Bruce and he was great. Called for an appointment dropped off my F150 for service. Service was for 6R80 transmission they never called with updates or returned calls I may to check progress. After 7 days I called to say I service. Service was for 6R80 transmission they never called with updates or returned calls I may to check progress.
