Rocky Mount Chrysler Dodge Jeep - Service Center

My most recent visit was not good because I spent almost $850.00 on a misdiagnosis. I was told I need a sway bar replacement for my 2014 Ram 2500. The work was done and the problem was not fixed. I was then $850.00 on a misdiagnosis. I was told I need a sway bar replacement for my 2014 Ram 2500. The work was done and the problem was not fixed. I was then told I need to replace upper and lower ball joints plus wheel bearings. The cost was $3800.00. I got a diagnosis from two more mechanical shops.They diagnosed the problem as wheel bearings needed to be replaced which is what I got done. Also,if I had replaced all the things the dealership recommended the cost would have been half the price of what had been quoted . I have been coming to this dealership since 2015 for all my services. I have been a very loyal patron. I feel no consideration was given for my loyal patronage. I had an oil change on my Jeep Sahara and everything was done timely and they also replaced the inside door handle on the driver side which was covered under warranty More
