Due to my reviews posted on February 19th and March 9th (2022), I been voted off the island (so to speak) of River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! On March 9, I posted a second review of River Oaks Chrysler (2022), I been voted off the island (so to speak) of River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! On March 9, I posted a second review of River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I had also been in talks with Chrysler/Stellates with whom I had a filed a dealer complaint. At 3:30 yesterday, I received a call from Ed telling me the dealership wanted me to come get my car as the dealership wanted it off of the lot. They had held for warranty work for SIX MONTHS without doing any work or even completing a warranty claim with Chrysler/Mopar.) The tow truck and I headed towards River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to pick up my poor car. Once I was there, Betty (service manager) informed me in person that the dealership wanted me to take it elsewhere due to the reviews that I had given them. Possibly. But I also had to wonder if it might have to do with the fact that Chrysler/Stellates was now digging into this case and supposedly they had been contacted that very day by a regional manager. Kudos to Chrysler/Stellantis for looking into complaints and investigating on behalf of their customers!! My car was loaded on to the wrecker to be moved; we then had to wait about another hour. Although I had been asked to remove my car, there was a problem getting a clear $0.00 invoice. I was told that there were $4,000 of parts that were having to be removed in relation to my warranty. When I was finally given the invoice, in small print it read that the customer had called and asked to remove her car. Hmmm…. No, the dealership had called me at 3:30. And, when I arrived Betty had told me in person that I was to remove it as I had given them bad reviews. I went back to Ed and asked him to edit and correct this comment. Ed told me the comment had been edited and to go to the cashier to get the new copy. The second copy read exactly the same as the first copy. It was finally corrected on the third copy. As I will no longer be with this dealership, this will most likely be a last review. Good luck to others who might be experiencing difficulties here! Reach out to Chrysler/ Stellates through their customer care line and face book pages. They will try to help even though the process is slow. Lesson learned -call Chrysler/Mopar and check what is being done with your warranty work and filings. And apparently, THIS page is closely monitored by River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as (even though, within SIX MONTHS, my car was never fixed and warranty claims were never filed for my car) I have twice received an immediate phone call after posting here.
