This was by far the worst sales experience I have had in my life. We agreed on a price for the vehicle including a trade in for my previous vehicle. After returning home I tried to contact the sales agent who never returned my calls. I left a google review, a representative from Right Toyota responded with contact information, I never heard back from my message to him either. In the end, I see this as my own fault for trusting the process where I should have been more vigilant through the process. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Right Toyota, we agreed on a price for the vehicle that I felt was fair. When working through the financial component the base price of the vehicle was higher than w agreed on a price for the vehicle that I felt was fair. When going through the paperwork I looked for clarity in a few areas and knocked a few fees off. With that being said, when reviewing the paperwork at home afterwards the total cost was approximately $5000 over the discussed price, this figure is entirely in hidden fees not including taxes. When looking for answers I tried to contact the agent I dealt with and he did not return any of my calls, nor did the manager that I contacted. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and would recommend carefully reviewing all aspects of the deal. More
