The service department is populated by nice, friendly people whose competence I find suspect. I made an online appointment to bring in my 7 year old C-Max for a non-working horn and their "Works" package people whose competence I find suspect. I made an online appointment to bring in my 7 year old C-Max for a non-working horn and their "Works" package (oil change, tire rotate and checks). I added a note that I had purchased an extended warranty from Ricart several years ago. Service rep called with an estimate of several hundred dollars to fix horn.I asked about extended warranty and she said it wasn't covered. I replied that if a non=working horn wasn't covered what was covered? She said she'd check and very soon after called back to say it was covered. So if a check was so easy was she being lazy or trying to charge me extra? (The warranty has a $100 deductible) When I went to pick up the car the bill was approximately $12 more than the total of the Works package and the deductible. I asked a service rep why and he couldn't explain why and neither could another rep who he consulted. They adjusted the bill and then the second rep came back to say the difference as because my car required full synthetic oil, not the semi included in the package.Nobody told me about that and this wasn't the first time I'd gotten that package for the car. He said they would not reverse the adjustment they'd made to the bill and then made a comment about not changing the synthetic oil out for semi.Admittedly I wasn't listening closely at that point. Nice people to work with but it shouldn't require that much work. More

I had a great experience thanks to Dezmond. I called him and explained a pretty bad situation I was in.. I came in thinking things would not go my way and to my surprise by the time I came to m I called him and explained a pretty bad situation I was in.. I came in thinking things would not go my way and to my surprise by the time I came to my appointment he was already prepared and he found cars on his lot that he thinks would best suit me , my children , and my situation prior to my appointment . He was well prepared, very understanding, and he went over the top for me. he made sure he found me such a great deal and a very safe car for me and my children. He went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer and I left feeling just that! More

We have purchased 2 cars and purchased a third through their used car service. We thought they would be reputable. Sadly, they are not. The 2019 car they “checked and fixed” that was “gently used”, we their used car service. We thought they would be reputable. Sadly, they are not. The 2019 car they “checked and fixed” that was “gently used”, well they did the bare minimum. They knew full well the running boards were out of warranty and on very borrowed time. (Never had them before, had no idea and they never disclosed info on this issue) Instead of doing what they should, as a home town dealer, they did not disclose nor did they replace so they car was in truly, great shape. One week after driving off the lot, the running boards started not working. Brought it back, they said it was fine, just “dusted” them. Brought it back the following week, same thing. Had to take it back in to have MULTIPLE things that should have been done before purchase, on their”fine point inspection” fixed and corrected, as well as the running boards to the tune of several thousand. Then a month and a half later those running boards motors quit and they wanted to charge another 1500. Wow, sad you knew they were bad, out of warranty when you sold it, living on borrowed time but thought you would squeak by and get a couple thousand more after the fact. Just plain dirty and contemptible. Our suggestion, Go anywhere else, don’t purchase from Ricart, new and definitely not used, they are xxxxxxxx. I love capitalism but that is slimy. More

I bought a car on February 14, 2024 on February 21. I was pulled over by the police because my temporary tag was not displayed properly and found out that the tent that was put on the windshield was il I was pulled over by the police because my temporary tag was not displayed properly and found out that the tent that was put on the windshield was illegal that same day I reached out to my salesman to ask him for information to their Contact people who work there to see what it would entail to having this removed because I have to prove I have had these items fixed and to let him know that he put my temporary tag on the inside of the window which couldn’t be seen from the outside. Six days later still haven’t heard anything so I reach out to the car sales manager, Tom And today is March 5 and I have yet to hear from anybody. It’s very disappointing that nobody could even call to help with this issue. I also realize that there is no Jack in my car so not only is the car and safe it was illegal. All I’ve done is reached out for assistance And Ricart has ghosted me. I was told that the salesman would get a cargo cover for the back of the Tucson, he would take one out of one of the other Tucson that were on the lot. Once all the papers are signed he tells me sorry couldn’t find one to fit even though they had four other Tucson on the lot. All around disappointing experience More

Went to several dealerships, even traveled out of state looking for the perfect convertible, they’re hard to find. Our salesman Javaughn Watkins was the best salesman we’ve come across in the 2 month search for our car. He was patient and you could tell he enjoyed helping us find the right car. He went above & beyond. He partnered with Josh his manager & we got to customize our leather seats bc I loved the 2019 Camaro but didn’t love the seat color, It was a FUN experience bc they really knew their stuff ! I had no idea they could make that happen. They wanted us happy & made my dream come true . We’re customers forever bc of this sales experience ! Thanks guys !!! More

Myra is the best service representative at Ricart. Shes very patient and takes the time to explain what's necessary to fix your car.
